On May 18, 2026, my vehicle was towed to this location after hours for a tire replacement. On May…read more19th, all four tires were replaced by technician Kelly Crain under service advisor Michael Takanashi-Perez. I paid nearly $1,000 for this. When I attempted to leave, my driver's side rear tire was grinding against my rear bumper guard. This damage was not present before my vehicle was in their care, as evidenced by two passed North Carolina state vehicle inspections from September 2025. I did not leave the premises. I went back inside immediately. Michael Takanashi-Perez acknowledged he should have called me but claimed he assumed I already knew. He did not. Neither did technician Kelly Crain. Whoever drove my car to the front heard the grinding and said nothing. Their own inspection report photographed my driver's rear wheel well with the tire removed, giving them a clear and unobstructed view of the bumper guard's position, and documented nothing specific about it contacting the tire. When I raised concerns, they blamed the new tires having deeper tread than the worn ones. This is implausible. The difference between 5/32nd and 10/32nd tread depth is approximately 4mm, less than the length of a fingernail. All four tires received the same negligible tread increase. Only one is grinding. I have had tires replaced and rotated multiple times since the bumper was damaged in 2018 and this never once happened. On May 22nd I called to follow up after no manager contact as promised. I was called by Justin, then by Michael Takanashi-Perez, who asked me to come in. I made two Uber trips at my own expense based on their promise to attempt a repair. Approximately 15 minutes after dropping off my vehicle, before it could have reasonably been brought into a bay and a repair attempted, I received a text saying they couldn't help. Michael and Sheree were conveniently absent when I arrived to pick up my car. No service ticket documenting what was "attempted" was available. No bay camera footage from May 19th has been provided despite repeated requests. They produced a second inspection report with the car lifted off the ground. Gravity naturally shifts the bumper away from the tire when the car is not bearing its own weight. This was not a repair. This was documentation for their own legal protection. I am a disabled, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+ woman. I was treated dismissively at every turn, talked down to, and stonewalled. Formal complaints have been filed with the Oklahoma Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit and with my insurance company. Do not bring your vehicle here, especially if you are a woman, disabled, or LGBTQ+. They will damage your car, deny it, and make you jump through hoops while they cover their tracks.

Ok so I took my truck in for a coolant flush and diagnostics and told them it was going to need stand pipes and dummy plugs minimum.Few days later they said ok I need oil cooler that will fix it I said great I PAID THEM ALMOST 7000.00!Then go to pick up my truck it still won't start hot turns out it needs stand pipes and dummy plugs which if you remember itold them it needed when I took it in to them.Since I already paid them to change an oil cooler wich by the way they charged me as much as a complete rebuild at any other shop I was against taking my truck back into them I forgot to mention this is my dailey driver I drove the truck to their shop.Manager calls me since I left terrible google review says he don't want like the truck leaving unfixed made me think awesome maybe this place is ok after all.Boy was I wrong I drove my truck into their shop few days later I'm told truck is done go to pick it up which is understatement.Hopped in my truck tried to drive it barely made it to their shop few street terrible grinding actually made it to parking lot straight across the street I'd say what maybe twenty feet wheel bearing completely gone!Get out to see what's wrong jump out look at my truck and every bit of my coolant is pouring out of my engine compartment! They say they did nothing wrong apparently it's normal to take a truck to a shop drive it there mind you I always thought you would pay 7000.00 pretty good chance you'd get to drive the vehicle home I had to have my truck towed home from their shop had to have the repairs made that the shop did to my vehicle they completely say that they did nothing wrong. So if anyone actually reads reviews make your own decision but make sure you read the bad reviews I will from now on believe that...If this review saves one person from falling victim to this repair shop it was worth it..I pray no other person ever gets ripped off by this place again.Pick a different place any place. Thanks for reading and good luck on your shop search this place isn't what anyone is looking for in a repair facility.......I wish they had negative stars this place deserves --7000

I have two other cars. One needs a differential and the other a transmission swap. I think it was worth the $700 to find out this shop is definitely about taking your money vs keeping customers. You have been warned!

They told me I needed two other parts to fix it and charged me another $850 to do it. Next time I filled up it leaked again. I took it to Robinson tire this time and they found that auto doc didn't even put the o-ring in the fuel pump. Auto doc wouldn't refund any of the extra money I spent. Said I should have brought it back a third time. Terrible service! Terrible mechanics. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE!!! 0 stars for sure!

They even paid for a Lyft ride to go pic up a rental car. The next day, I get a call, and there is a long laundry list of things my car (supposedly needs). Some of the things mentioned, I was aware of, but when they started talking about my oil pan gasket needing replaced and the engine coolant being like water, I was like, "No way!". For one, I could go into my driveway and see that there were no leaks where the car has parked for the last 10 years. Also, the weather had just been close to 0 degrees, so if my coolant were like water, my engine block would have froze up. I told them to just do the cleaning of the throttle body (but they were still charging $450 to clean it). When I got the car back, the first thing I did was check the coolant, and it checked at good for -10 degrees, so it was hardly like water! My car uses half a quart of oil between oil changes, and it has 140,000 miles, so clearly, whatever leak they thought they saw, hardly warranted a $1,000 gasket change! They did fix the code, and two months later, all is still good (that's why I'm giving them 2 stars and not 1). However, I could have paid $2,500 for a bunch of stuff that wasn't needed, so beware when they call you with the estimate!
