My reverse osmosis quit working. Need service? Well, that will take 10 days - yes DAYS to reconnect to your WiFi. Billing issues? Good luck. I received a bill for over $400 (monthly payment is under $60). I was TOLD they changed ACH provider SIX months ago. Never contacted me - even with my email and phone number. When I called, obviously upset, they hung up on me. Very mature way to handle a customer trying to understand how on earth my bill is over $400. Oh and THEY never contacted me, but managed to charge me $17 A MONTH LATE charge for all the months they did not reach out to tell me they changed service for my automatic payment. I was told OVER SIX MONTHS they were going thru a list to reach customers. So, they couldn't email me? They couldn't call me in six months to tell me to re-register my automatic payment? $17 a month late charge for THEIR ERROR? Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. Rudest customer service ladies you were ever find. I would give ZERO stars if possible.

I was able to contact Rheese, their service technician who is an awesome and intelligent young man. He came out to our home in the early afternoon, and we were up and working again in 30 minutes. Fortunately for us, Rheese detected one issue quickly, but decided to run the system and realized there was an additional issue caused by ants in a fill line. Although it is located out of Fort Wayne, IN, I worked with the representative from the South Bend location. The representative is named Dian and I cannot say enough great things about her work ethic and her ability to explain the issues in a sensible manner. She was always available by phone and text (even after normal work hours!) to assure I was getting the best service. We need to have the well water tested at my Dad's home as part of the VA loan selling process. We had a slightly elevated arsenic level over the EPA standards and Dian worked with me to better understand the situation and walked me through the process on how to remedy the situation according to county guidelines. Customer service like hers is rare these days and that is why I am giving a "first to review" shout out to this company and Dian as its exemplary representative. If you have any water testing needs, this is the first place to call!
