I was shocked and told him, "you can leave". Had a different plumber out the next day who charged me $140 and had the issue fixed in about 15-20 minutes. Called the company and canceled my upcoming appointment to inspect my HVAC system. Explained my dissatisfaction with the crazy quote for a simple plumbing repair as reason. Nearly 2 months later received a $99 invoice for task of "Diagnostic". On invoice it states "Refused to sign and refused to pay diagnostic" I did not refuse to pay or sign as I was never asked. My advice, run from this company.

After experiencing a failure of an install (a secure shower seat failed on first use), I was ignored for 6 days and only on my follow up was it "Oh, sorry for taking so long to tell you sorry about your luck- not my problem". (I've paraphrased but this is the gist). I offered him the chance to make it right, but he has dodged accountability at every turn. He didn't even bother to show up to inspect the failure, simply told me it wasn't his faul via text a week after the failure. He wastes no time expecting payment, though. I have everything documented and will provide upon request and during a video review. I'm still hoping to avoid litigation by having someone ELSE come and fix it for a reasonable rate, but my hopes aren't high. He also damaged my trim (cut into it) installing an access panel behind the shower, which I didn't make a big deal out of at the time; but after the failure of the seat, I have to warn you- you can do better. He's young and I respect the hustle but he has a LOT to learn about integrity and accountability it seems.

He told me he would have to rent and excavator to dig up the yard in between the well pump and the garage. when he came out he did not bring the excavator. bottom line, i got a $6500.00 quote. Him and his helper were here 4 hours, yes he fixed the problem but would not budge on the price, so my numbers are $100.00 for material and $711.00 and hourly rate. When i told him i was paying under protest he just laughed. Very unprofessional. They also left muddy hand prints all over the side of my garage. I made a huge mistake not getting a second opinion.
