They came back once fade the first month as same issues were present then floor still had issues after they said they fixed (reluctantly as they claimed their guarantee doesn't include wear and tear but what wear and tear it was a month of hardly any use .(again one small car and a bike and no traffic once a day car comes in and out thats it ) they finally gave a small refund not offering to fix however now it will have to cost me 3500 to have another company fix as they said they have to start from scratch this company should come back and make it right even with the small refund but they refuse no one I know who has had this done ever had holes occur or fading if company makes right i will update but with their attitude i doubt that will happen or they should refund the full amount so i can have another company start from scratch

He would show up to my home at 10:30 11:00 AM and leave a 2:30 leaving a mess of wood and wood shavings everywhere, my wife and I would have to clean up after this slob ... He did an absolute horrendous job installing the hardwood flooring, There are planks of hardwood that were NOT properly nailed or glued down, many planks have separated and can see down into the hardwood floor. and I CAN'T EVEN BEGIN TO LIST ALL THE ISSUE, and he never completed the work!!. I spent months trying to contact Tim to complete the remaining work, but to no avail. Stay away from this guy. he is the worst !!!!

The work was scheduled and completed within a week of our first call to him. The price was very reasonable. Our flooring repair project was not straight forward. When Tim arrived he realized the replacement flooring sold to us by Floor and Decor was not compatible with our existing floors. When the two man crew came, they were both very professional and introduced themselves and as they worked throughout the day we noticed that they went above and beyond what we would have expected.
