It doesn't look like much and may be off putting but don't let it deter you. I dropped off my 2015 Highlander in the morning and picked it up nine hours later and it looked brand new! The car had never been detailed before. I park it outside my house and just hose it off when it gets dirty. I had just returned from camping and had 30 miles of dirt road all over and in the car. There was also 11 years worth of hard water spots on my car. The side windows were so spotted that they were opaque and distorted my view. I had talked to other detailers and they all told me they couldn't get those out. Chris did! He did a magnificent job inside and out. You could eat a meal off the engine. All the seats, which were heavily stained, came out perfect. I highly recommend Chris.

I usually use Groupon to find great service providers and then stick with them for years. Chris's AI agent answered, took all my info, told me he'd call me back. Then his automated text messages kicked in, asking me all the same questions, telling me he'd call me. He didn't. He asked for some pictures of the car, and I sent some, then asked clarifying questions: should I remove the seat covers and weatherproof mats? No answer. I followed up 2 days in a row asking if he needed anything else with no responses, then Sunday night at almost 10pm he finally texted back and sent an "estimate" for an additional $150!! The car is not "excessively dirty", just a regular amount of use - some normal things like leaves on the floor, etc. I'll include pictures so readers can judge for themselves whether doubling the price of the groupon is warranted, since owners like this tend to be a bit sketchy. I'm bummed to have to cancel this groupon, but based on the lack of timely response, and ridiculous attempt to use Groupon as a scam, I can't move forward in good conscience. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern.
