They only detailed the interior, but the results were excellent. The car is about 14 years old and had some pretty bad stains from spills that had built up over the years. After the detailing, the interior looked almost like new. The job ended up taking quite a while, but the detailer was extremely thorough and worked consistently throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the good communication along the way. This was also a special project because the detailing was part of a gift for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary, so I was very happy with how the interior turned out. It doesn't look like much and may be off putting but don't let it deter you. I dropped off my 2015 Highlander in the morning and picked it up nine hours later and it looked brand new! The car had never been detailed before. I park it outside my house and just hose it off when it gets dirty. I had just returned from camping and had 30 miles of dirt road all over and in the car. There was also 11 years worth of hard water spots on my car. The side windows were so spotted that they were opaque and distorted my view. I had talked to other detailers and they all told me they couldn't get those out. Chris did! He did a magnificent job inside and out. You could eat a meal off the engine. All the seats, which were heavily stained, came out perfect. I highly recommend Chris.

I recently had Bay area friends visiting. They had a run-in with someone who had banged up the left rear bumper of their Lexus SUV. I mentioned I had read some great Yelp reviews on a nearby business that might be able to help. As they were in town for a week, I called JGS and reached a vm telling me the mail box was full. Hate when that happens:)! I decided to try texting the number. Almost immediately, Greg answered and said he was on a job and could he contact me the next day. He also verified problems with his voice mail box. True to his word, he called. We agreed I would text him photos of the damaged area and he would get back soon. Shortly after sending photos, he texted saying he could definitely fix most of the marks. However, a couple of scratches looked deep. He was unsure about them until he evaluated in person. He provided a dollar estimate and how long it would take. I was quite impressed. He was so cool about arranging a day and time that would work for my friends. I was not at home when the work was completed. But I can tell you the bumper looks fabulous! My friends were thrilled. They said Greg was a super nice guy and arrived exactly on time.
