I was scheduled for a 9:30am massage. I was greeted immediately and also asked to pay on the spot (Seems like most people had a problem with that, I didn't think it was a big deal). When my husband made the reservation they didn't give an option for a female or a male masseuse. If you have a preference like we typically do I like to have female masseuse's work on me I would suggest calling and requesting that prior to your massage. I was initially given a male masseuse, but luckily they were able to accommodate and switched to a female masseuse. I'm not sure how easy that would've been at any other time, but I was lucky enough to make the switch. The massage was decently priced for a 90 minute massage. She did an amazing job. It was quiet & not a lot an outside noise. (I tipped in cash immediately after - before I walked out nobody chased me down) All in all I recommend this massage parlor. read more

We came in for a couple's massage on 6/3 at 1pm and the quality wasn't great. Payment was required before the service which I thought was unusual, but whatever we made the payment and went back. 70% of my massage was being rubbed up and down. NOT A MASSAGE. My shoulders got worked a little but that's it. I've had more of a foot massage when I've gotten a pedicure. My husband's experience was a little better but not much. Since they only accept payment via Zelle or Venmo (and we didn't have cash), we were going to tip in the car on our way to our next stop. Before we even got to the door they said we have to tip!!! We are tippers and enjoy tipping for great services, but being demanded to tip was so distasteful and rude - especially when the service was not great. To top it off, they called someone to 'translate' for us - we knew what they were saying!!! We just weren't happy with the approach and the demand. Definitely won't be returning or recommending. I went for an hour massage two weeks because I had so much stress. Hoping to get better and less pain in my body, the outcome was different. I decided to post my experience because I don't wish no one to experience more pain after a massage. I was feeling pain all my right arm down to my right hand, specially palm and fingers. After a week went to the doctor, first doctor thought it was soreness after the massage. Prescribed pills for pain. After this day I was so difficult to get some sleep because of the pain. Went back to urgent care, saw another doctor and ordered x-rays. Conclusion, doctor said the person probably put some much pressure or pull too hard the cause damage. This time I was prescribed pills to reduce inflammation and pills for pain. Last night I was able to sleep (thank God!) but days before I was so bad. With difficulty I had to dress and do my daughters hair, do dishes, cook, etc. Please make a good choice of where you go for a massage or if you go to this place, make sure there is no so much pressure or pulling. That's why i went the 2nd time.. 2nd time it was not good, it was a Saturday i had an appointment and i got there i had to wait extra 10mins to get my massage. And the lady who did my massage seems already tired, i didn't like the pressure. It was like meditating with my eyes closed and someone exfoliating my skin lol (funny but that's how it felt like). And when it came to my neck it was too much pressure it hurt for 2 days. My massage roller was better at home. She used her elbow pressure on my whole back like i could ask someone at home to do that for me or do it myself using the corner of a dresser. Another reason i went back was bcos of their prices. It was lower than the other places before. But when i arrived, their price menu went up by $15-20 in just 2 months. Made a last minute appointment for a 1 hour full body massage. The man at the front asked for the $75 up front which I paid through zelle. Thought it was super weird to pay for a service that hadn't yet been performed. The massage was not that great. Felt like a rub down most of the time and I'm still sore. When I was leaving the guy stopped me and asked for a tip. I said I already paid through Zelle and walked out. Reading through these comments I don't think they understand how incredibly rude it is to ask for a tip like that. Here's my tip, collect payment after the service is rendered and at that time the customer decides how much of a tip is given. A tip is not mandatory if you are not including it in the total. It's based off of your professionalism, and how well you do the job. The job wasn't done well and it unprofessional to flat out ask for a tip like that. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I called yesterday to book a 1 hr Swedish massage which is $75 on their site and in their lobby. I requested specifically to have my shoulders, neck, head and face focused for the hour as I have pain from TMJ and grinding. They said absolutely and got me in next morning which was wonderful. They told me it would be $85 which I didn't understand why I was being charged and extra $10 but okay. I came in this morning and expected to pay after the massage as that's typical practice but here you pay up front - weird but again, I said okay. I reiterated what I wanted to the woman who took me back and to the man doing my massage and mentioned it several times throughout my massage. Then he tells me "all finished" and I ask him what he means. Then I have 3 people come into my room arguing with me over what I asked for vs what was done. Apparently the two people I worked with did not understand English but regardless the owner told me she gave them the notes. Horrible business practice and customer service when I asked for a 50% refund because they only did 50% of what I asked for and I reiterated what I wanted several times. The owner offered me $10 back and I told her no and reiterated my stance. I got $25 but this is the last time I ever come here again which is a shame since I've been here several times in the past with my husband and I. As someone in management it is appalling to see the lack of accountability from the owner for what happened and having to fight with her over what was right or not. I'm upset because I still didn't get what I asked for and my pain is still present as we only worked on my shoulders for an hour so I have to find another spot to go to and pay twice for what I already paid for. Ok, I totally understand most of the Yelpers comments both good and bad. Our experience was fantastic!! Came in with no expectations but a good massage. The entry is very nice as well as the room my wife & I were in. There were 3 massage tables/cushions and the room was simple and clean with quiet music playing. We had the reflexology and it was terrific. They basically do the whole body but I can see where a full body massage may have more concentration on the back. The pressure from my lady masseuse was perfect with enough pressure to feel good once released. My wife stated the same as she had a male masseuse. We would have been fine the other way around as well. A good massage doesn't have gender barriers. The owner was professional as she mentioned it was cash only over the phone and asked if that was ok. I could understand why some people may be turned off by their tip sign but it didn't bother us since other Yelpers mentioned it. Based on the hard work by both masseuses, giving them a nice tip was very easy. We will DEFINITELY be back for a massage again!!
