They have a form you fill out detailing your needs and then sit at a real table and discuss with you what they have, things you may not have thought of or know about etc. When you find yourself in a store like this it's to buy things for someone who is ill or injured and the compassion shown here was terrific. After I informed them I already paid my co-pay, I was then told that my equipment was on a rent to own contract and I would have to pay $40 per month for 10 months. Imagine my surprise, because 5 months after I received my equipment, I was told that I was on a rent to own contract. I was never told anything about this arrangement until 5 MONTHS AFTER I RECEIVED THE EQUIPMENT! I scoured my paperwork and couldn't find any thing that indicated these terms. I then called the office again and a rather rude person told me that this was my problem because as a consumer I should be aware of things like this. Funny, as a business and as a provider, I would have thought that you would be required to tell me exactly what the arrangements are instead of sliding them in after I have been using the equipment for 5 months. I asked her to please send me the paperwork that indicates this arrangement and what I received was the paperwork that I already had that said nothing about a rent to own arrangement. They did send a representative to my house with my equipment when I initially contracted with them for it and he was OK but not really super helpful ( beside the fact that he never mentioned a rent to own arrangement)

These lovely people are always going the extra mile. They've all been there years, and know their business. Each are personable and truly care for their clients. I say they are professional, but that falls short of the true quality of service I receive every time I visit. What you wont find is isles of cheap toys, cases of beer, and greeting cards. I enjoy being able to order my prescriptions automatically, or spur the moment using the phone app. This helps to streamline the service and gets me back in my car in just a few minutes. I have one medication that needs to be ordered, as the pharmacy does not keep it on hand. Today I asked the question, how much would my script cost me if I paid out-of-pocket rather than using my insurance. I pay $20 a month for this medication, but if I had no insurance, I would be paying $1500 a month.
