We used to go there quite often, then one day, we went and ordered the exact same food as usual, except they didn't season any of it. None. We stayed away for a couple years after that. I had hoped they had just had a bad cook and they resolved that by now. I was wrong. Ordered the chicken fajitas and it was like trying to eat steamed fajitas, zero flavor and no caramelization whatsoever on the vegetables. I get that a lot of Arkansas "Mexican" restaurants serve that, but Cantina Laredo didn't in the past. The cocktails were good, though. It is extremely unlikely we will eat there again.
