We normally order pupusas from here, but decided to come in and have lunch today instead. The service was horrible. The gorditas and tacos we ordered came after we had finished eating our pupusas--and they were cold even that late. I sent them back, showed them to the server, and she came back right away saying they were cold because of the cream. Will not go back. read more

My mother had a horrible experience at this place. This restaurant will switch your order without telling the customer. According to a waitress that works at this restaurant said that they have every right to switch orders at random without notifying the customer. My mother went and ordered a dish with chicken and what she received was pork. What would've happen if my mother had an allergic reaction? She was never advised of the change. Once home is when she realized the mistake the restaurant had made. My mother called and had a very heated argument with a waitress. My mother wanted to know why they had changed her order, she had every right to ask why this happened. The waitress was extremely rude through out the conversation. This place has no concept of what good customer service is. Not once offered an apology! Then after the phone conversation had ended, the waitress has the audacity to text my mother's phone and started harassing her! I have NEVER heard of a restaurant texting or calling a customer back to harrass them after a complaint. On top of that the OWNER, who is the waitress' mother called my mother's phone AGAIN to continue to harrass her. The owner stated that her daughter has every right to change orders and speak to customers however she chooses. Completely unprofessional. The nerve of these people is so disgusting and out of line. We are highly considering involving the police and the necessary authorities to look into this matter. We have the texts and evidence of this horrible experience. Please don't waste your time in going to this restaurant. This is how they handle complaints. It's so sad that they feel the need to treat people this way. read more

If you're looking for authentic pupusas I'd look somewhere else. I ordered Revueltas which is a pupusa that is supposed to contain cheese, pork, and beans. Instead I got cheese and chicken I tried to ask them if the pupusas I received where the right one and they assured me that it was when it actually wasn't. I didn't want to argue anymore so I just ate the pupusas they originally gave me since they didn't want to remake them. The pupusas were very doughy and soft as if they were undercooked. What's funny about that is that they took 30-40 minutes to give us our order. read more

I had the chicken tacos and they were delicious. The service was great, but I was a little slow. The food did make up for the wait though. They were kind and made sure we had enough chips and drinks. It surprised me how good the food was with such a small restaurant. They also gave us a free soup when we left and it was delicious. read more
