Order the 10 tacos and 1 birria quesadilla combo. For the tacos I got steak, al pastor and birria for the meats. Out of the 3 meats the al pastor and birria were the best. The steak didn't have much flavor. However, all the tacos were good with the fresh diced onions and cilantro. The birria quesadilla has just the right amount of meat and cheese. The broth / dipping sauce has chunks of onion and cilantro also. It was good but, a little oily. Not bad but a little more than other places. We did like the roast jalapenos and onion blooms that accompanied the food. The fresh radishes and cucumbers that can with it were already. Nothing to rave about. It would be much better if it was marinated in some kind of vinegar to help cut them fat from the food. Just my suggestion but all and all still a very good meal. Definitely would try this food truck again....

They have plenty of seating for groups large and small. The service is spectacular. When we visited tonight, our server paid attention to every detail and he was great with our little ones. We love the food. I always get the tamales with rice and beans. Very flavorful with a little bit of spice. Some of my family decided to order the #16 which is seriously just one chicken wing. They think it's hilarious to order it but the wing is also very tasty. La Flauta holds a special place in our hearts and we look forward to our next dinner here!

Their guac isn't the best in the area but it is above average. Beans and rice - 4.0 and 3.0 respectively. They make great beans. Rice is seasoned nice but still boring. It's just rice.
