There's a whole wall of patches to your immediate right as well as a stand with blank patches that you can customize. There's a TON of work shirts, blank tees, flannels, dickies, Carhartt work boots, clothing, Girl Scout vests & pamphlets. We left with a $9.99 camo trucker and a iron on patch $1.99. The blank patches vary but the largest one I saw was $1.99. I believe the gentleman quoted me $10 on the embroidery & $2 for sewing it on. $14 for a embroidered left chest personalization is a great deal! Now to find the medium I want it sewn on. Will update the review if the quality does not meet the rave reviews from my neighbors but I have high hopes!!

My sister found it incredibly difficult to bare, but I guess their air conditioning doesn't work and they don't have proper ventilation. Even though they have about 8 registers, only 1 person was working at time and the checkout line was getting super long. The Worst Customer Service Experience I've Had at Ross!!…read more I have shopped at Ross many times, and although I've had some less-than-great experiences before, tonight was by far the worst. I understand that working a busy register can be stressful, and I was completely understanding when I realized that my phone wallet had unexpectedly lost my payment cards. I apologized, explained that I had cash in my car, and literally ran outside and back to get it. I was gone for less than a minute. Unfortunately, when I returned, I was treated in a way that I found extremely disrespectful and unnecessary. I tried to be polite and patient, but the interaction continued to escalate because of the employee's attitude toward me. At one point, I simply asked what the problem was and why I was being treated with such an attitude. I was told I could speak with a manager. I said I would rather just receive my refund and leave without purchasing the items. Instead, I was told, "No, you're going to purchase it," and my transaction continued. A manager eventually came over, but I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously or that the situation was handled appropriately. I am intentionally leaving the specific details out of this review because I plan to contact Ross management directly about what happened, including the conduct of the employee and how the situation was handled by the manager. If this is not corrected, I will be including names in my updated review. I left the store extremely disappointed. I came in as a customer expecting basic courtesy and respect, and unfortunately, that was not what I received tonight.

Includes the socks, tie, and the whole suit. Customer service was fantastic, they are very helpful on finding the right size and let you try on different sizes to make sure it fits you. The lead time for a tailor is about 3 weeks, that's the only down-side... so it is best if you plan ahead of time before your actual wedding date. Located in downtown Santa Ana so there is street parking, but there is a small lot behind the building with only 5-6 spots.

The staff refused to exchange or refund a pair of shorts even though we shopped there often which I thought was pretty ridiculous at the time even with receipt on hand. After the years went by I had finally returned and didn't let that one bad visit stop me from purchasing from their shop again. Since then I haven't had any issues and I still continue to shop here. They do have quality clothing, their pro club shirts are nice quality and they have all the Levi colors and sizes I usually wear. The dickies are always stocked up and their jackets are nice as well. I also buy my hats from them once in a while. The hat selection is not huge but they do have some decent style hats from time to time.
