Their frame selection is great quality with pricing for everyone. The in-house lab had me in my new glasses the next day.

The receptionist made check-in easy, and I enjoyed browsing their impressive selection of eyeglass frames while I waited. Dr. Wang was outstanding--knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The technicians, Mark and Eleni, were equally wonderful. They were friendly, professional, and made the testing process comfortable and efficient. What impressed me most was the advanced technology used during the exam, especially the Optomap Retinal Imaging. It was amazing to receive a comprehensive retinal screening without having my eyes dilated. No blurry vision afterward and no need to have someone drive me home--such a convenient and modern approach to eye care. The entire office is well-run, professional, and focused on patient comfort. Between the exceptional staff, state-of-the-art technology, and excellent care from Dr. Wang, this was one of the best eye exam experiences I've had. I will definitely be returning for my future eye care needs.

I also found the patient onboarding terse, they want you to print and fill out forms listed under "digital forms" or come in early to do so. I don't understand if you've collected insurance info and basics for the appt what paperwork would take an add'l 15mins. A digital forms is one you can fill out securely online, not one you print at home. I rescheduled with another practice and did a form online in less than 5mins. This is far too much effort for scheduling and rescheduling and being told to spend an extra 15mins to come early because the process is not available digitally. This is not a fit for someone interested in an easy scheduling process or flexibility to schedule online. After scheduling with another provider I had to make 2 additional phone calls because they put a hold on my benefits. I told them I would not reschedule with another doctor in the practice, felt punitive to hold my benefits when I let them know I wouldn't be seen there. I don't know if this is coming from the provider or the office but I'd avoid them. This was a waste of 2 weeks and a lot of hassle. Went to ClearVision, scheduled online the Friday, was seen Monday morning and the Doctor was wonderful.

Recently I brought in a Burberry pair of glasses to be fitted for a prescription. It was costly ($400 approximately) They came back too loose to wear. But the front staff said they aren't responsible for any glasses not purchased in the store. ( they fit fine before.). I returned thinking maybe they'd fix them, but they ended up even looser. What a waste. And the sales woman was not friendly.

This review wouldn't be possible without the good folks at Eyes On Las Vegas. Without Dr…read more Pfondevida and his staff, I would not be able to type this review out in its entirety. Sentences would be incomplete. Words would run into each other. Letters would be typed out with a cryptic font like Wingdings and I would stupidly think I'm delivering yet another classic Krikor prose of a review for Yelp! (pauses to reflect) Wait? Come to think of it... Maybe I should go back and double check my past reviews to ensure I didn't randomly pound on my keyboard and post a bunch of nonsense this entire time. Oh goodness! Standby... (insert commercial break here) And we're back! All jokes aside, the fact that it took me this long to find one of the best optometrists in Vegas is something I might struggle with for a good while because I didn't find him sooner. Granted, thanks to Dr.P, my vision is now corrected and on the right path with contact lens that don't rotate when I blink and thus giving my astigmatism more reason to blur out the world around me, but to have gotten there, it all started with a single phone call to make an appointment that ultimately became the best decision I've made in a while. Upon arrival on the day of my appointment, the friendly staff behind the counter provided me with an iPad and enough time to get all my information collected and processed. No wait time on my visit since I was the first patient of the day. Shortly after collecting my insurance details, I was escorted back to the testing area. Most offices have the same setup but I will add that the tests at Eyes On Las Vegas are of higher quality because the staff is well-trained on operating the equipment as well as explaining every step of the process and what to expect at each station, including everyone's favorite, the non-contact tonometry machine or "air puff test" to screen for glaucoma. I also opted for the Optomap scan that gives the doctor a better view of your retina and only costs a nominal fee that IMHO is well worth it over dilation that leaves you dazed for hours and looking like Doc Brown from Back to the Future, as you walk around town with those funny spectacles to protect your eyes from the sun. "Great Scott!" As the tests concluded, I was once again escorted to the exam room where Dr.P arrived shortly thereafter and began by asking questions about my current prescription and any issues with my vision as of late before proceeding with a whole series of tests both standard and some that I've never done before at other offices. For example, my primary concern with my current prescription was the fact that it felt too powerful/overwhelming, so instead of just throwing spaghetti at the wall and handing me a new prescription that might not fare better than the old one, Dr.P, being the consummate professional that he is in his field, spent a good amount of time post-exam helping me try out potential prescriptions that involved the use of dedicated lenses that I held up with a contraption and confirmed the overall strength by reading a passage from a printed card to confirm the legibility. Gotta say, between my indecisiveness during the refractive test and hem and haw while reading letters off the chart, Dr.P just exhibits a level of cool that is unmatched. He's patient and doesn't make you feel rushed during your appointment nor is he condescending or snooty if you ask him questions, which is just delightful to see. At the conclusion of my appointment, I was given some trials for my contact lens prescription that I tried out for a few days only to find out that they felt worse than my old prescription. Apparently, I need to see an audiologist next because apparently, I don't listen quite well either when Dr.P had mentioned that the trials were just samples he had on hand that were close to my new prescription but not quite exact. Oops! Sorry Dr.P! That was my fault. (embarrassed). Once my new trials arrived a week later, I took em out for a spin the next day and I don't believe I've ever seen this clearly in my life. I know this is the world's longest Yelp! review and it's no exaggeration either that Dr.P absolutely landed the equivalent of a quadruple axel on the first try with my prescription and I can't tell you how ELATED I was at the end of the day, when I could sit at home, comfortably watch TV and work on my laptop without having to blink or roll my eyes constantly because the contact kept moving in place.
