They were sending a referral to another surgeon. I called back today to tell them the new surgeon hasn't recieved my referral. THEY HAVE NOT SENT IT! THIS IS A FAIRLY IMPORTANT SURGERY! I am in a lot of pain. This place is not safe, if I could give less than one start I would. RUN, run to any other practice! I understand that things happen, but one and a half hours after my scheduled appointment I was still in the waiting room. They finally came in and said the dr was stuck in the monsoonlike rain, ok, but for 1.5 hours?? He came in, and actually thinks he knows the problem! Then he got me some STAT testing, well in 24 hours but better than the two weeks originally offered. They had forgotten to get my vitals, again no biggie except we were heading into hour two here. The waiting room is clean, the tv was on. The day before my surgery they called to say they were mistaken, they do NOT take my ins, surgery canceled. I asked what should I do, she didn't know, didn't really care, pretty much hung up on me. So, here I sit in the Urgent Care, hoping a doctor will step up and fix me before the pain kills me.

Get ready to pay thousands of dollars to feel worse! She put me on a wellness plan that I followed exactly only to start to feel extremely sick. We did have check in calls every few weeks in which I told her I did not feel well at all. She only adjusted a couple of prescriptions and then said let's talk in two weeks. Every time we spoke I told her that I feel worse. She never asked about my diet or took a look at the supplements she put me on. This went on for six months until she finally said that I was due for more bloodwork. When part of it came in I asked the front desk to email it to me. They sent it to me and my results were worse than when I started with her. I decided then that I was not going back to her and will seek another doctor for help. When I asked for the second part of my bloodwork to be sent to me (paid $100 for this), the front desk said that they cannot send it to me and that I have to come in to have the doctor review it with me for an hour. I told them that I paid $100 for this and that I have the right to receive my results. They said this is Dr Matzinger's policy. Dr. Matzinger called me the next day and told me because I got upset with her front desk over this, she would part ways with me. I then told her I had no intention of coming back because she did absolutely nothing for me except make me feel worse! I told her that I never was given anything to sign stating this policy of refusing to give customers their records and it was unethical. I tried to give her feedback but she kept interrupting me and acted like she didn't care. I literally had ask her to let me speak. Finally in the end of our conversation, she contradicted herself my saying that she always gives patients their records and that she just wants to be able to explain the results to them before they see them. This is not what her front desk told me the day before. I told her I just wanted my records and did not want to come in to see her. In the end she said she would email me my records which she did. Maybe she should think about her patients health first instead of thinking about how much she can make off them.

I have never had to wait over 30 minutes to see him. He always makes time to listen to all of your concerns. I was impressed that he was well versed and knowledgeable in a rare prior condition that I had. They will charge a no show fee if you do not show to your appointment. The office is shared with a sleep study facility.

Dr. Kubal charged her $100 cash and filled the form. On 09/21/2018, my mother went to her naturalization interview, the officer told her that her N-684 from was filled incorrectly. After the interview, we went to Dr. Kubal's clinic, he insisted that he had to charge my mother an other $150 to correct the same form. We went his clinic a few times, but Dr. Kubal refused to correct the form unless he got paid. Even his associate Dr. Kamoj told us that my mother shouldn't get charged for the same paper. Due to Dr. Kubal's greedy, my mother failed on her naturalization.
