    WRESTLEMANIA 2025 YEEEEEETTT

We went for WRESTLEMANIA 2025. Only issue was the WIFI. They do have a clear bag policy. Check before you go or you have to purchase lockers or drop it back in your vehicle.

My son at his first Raider event.

I recently took my Autistic son and elderly parents to a Raiders Training camp practice. I was stunned at the accommodations and support staff the Raiders dedicated to ADA. After being driven by a golf cart to our seats the assistants asked if my son needed ear plugs for the noise and they showed a tremendous amount of care towards us. My son now wants to attend a game and he's an immediate Raider fan. Great job to their staff and thank you to the entire organization.

Raiders head coach John Madden after winning Super Bowl XI on January 9, 1977 (1976 season).
    Daniel B.

While they haven't won a Super Bowl since 1984, the Raiders are one of the more iconic and popular teams in NFL history. They rank in the top half and top third of the league's current 32 teams in regular season and postseason win percentage, respectively. It's hard to believe when you only consider the team's recent history after their last appearance in the Super Bowl in 2003. The Raiders have only made the playoffs twice since then: 2017 (2016 season) and 2022 (2021 season). The Raiders were defined by hall-of-fame head coaches John Madden and Tom Flores in the 1970s and early 80s. Combined, Madden and Flores led the Raiders to three Super Bowl championships in eight years (1977, 1981, 1984). Of course, most people these days know Madden for the "Madden NFL" video games and his career as a color commentator. However, he was also a very successful coach. When Madden coached the Raiders from 1969 through 1978 (10 seasons), the team advanced to at least the AFC (and AFL) championship game seven times (70%). Madden retired with an impressive .750 regular season win percentage (103-32-7), an NFL record among head coaches with 100 games or more. Since 2003, it's been a revolving door of coaches in Oakland and Las Vegas: Bill Callahan, Norv Turner, Art Shell, Lane Kiffin, Tom Cable, Hue Jackson, Dennis Allen, Tony Sparano, Jack Del Rio, Jon Gruden (second stint), Rich Bisaccia, and Josh McDaniels. If you're keeping count, that's 12 coaches in 20 seasons. Equivalent to one coach every 1.7 seasons. Among the group, Del Rio had a standout season in 2016 when he led the Raiders to a 12-4 regular season record and an appearance in the 2017 NFL playoffs. Gruden had decent success during his first stint with the Raiders (1998-2001 seasons) with two straight playoff appearances in 2001 and 2002. As Raiders fans know, Gruden would go on to beat the Raiders in the 2003 Super Bowl (Super Bowl XXXVII) as head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. That season (2002), Raiders QB Rich Gannon was league MVP. The Raiders were actually four-point favorites in the '03 Super Bowl. However, the Bucs' top-ranked defense, led by guys like Warren Sapp and Super Bowl MVP Dexter Jackson, contained the Raiders' top-ranked offense. The Raiders ended up losing by 27 points. Final score: Bucs 48, Raiders 21. The Raiders named Josh McDaniels the team's newest head coach on January 31, 2022. Daniels was previously head coach of the Denver Broncos more than a decade ago (2009-2010). He was a dismal 11-17 (.393) in Denver. McDaniels was fired by the Broncos in the middle of the 2010 season. He then went on to work for the St. Louis Rams and New England Patriots as both an offensive coordinator and a quarterbacks coach.

This is my first time here at Allegiant Stadium! We're here to see Raiders play the Minnesota Vikings! Surprisingly there are just as many Viking fans as Raiders! Purple and Black jerseys are intermingling throughout the huge stadium! This stadium is slick and massive all in Black! I never saw a line for the Men's bathroom for so long!! Each Bathroom must've had 100 guys standing in line! First time in the women's bathroom, you just walk in! Hooray! I had the meatballs bowl which was delicious . 3 huge juicy meatballs with a tasty marinara sauce! You could get it with a dollop of ricotta cheese, pesto sauce drizzle on it and parmesan cheese sprinkled on top! The gift shop is on the first floor. Head to the torch and take escalators all the way down to the first floor! It's a huge store with a lot of merchandise for men's, women's, children and even pets! I just bought a magnet to add to my collection!

Surprisingly, I promised my better half that we were eventually going to one the games. To kick off Christmas and winter break, I got lucky scoring seats for two as a Christmas gift for my better half and I in section 1 row N. Thank you to third party seats, and the best first time experience. We got to the game a few minutes before and although getting to the game was a pain, the seats, the people and the atmosphere was better than any other game that I have been to so far. Luckily we were able to park at one of the MGM properties and walked right on over. Getting in was a breeze and finding our seats were easy as the stadium had staff all over to guide to make it easier for everyone. As soon as we found our seats were were both amazed to see how close we were and to be lucky enough to score these tickets. Since it was the holiday special we were even lucky to be around those hardcore fans. Being around the people, the staff, and seeing how they went all out for the kiddos made the night one of the most memorable in the books. Best part of actually being a a huge fan of the Knights, you can even score tickets if you are student. They do so much and I love the fact they always celebrate something every month. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. But a video also shows just as much. Looking forward to more games. If you are in town, you got to one of these games. Who would have known that I would become a fan besides watching it on tv.

I really didn't pay attention to times that NHL added expansion teams. I did learn a little when Las Vegas got their team the Golden Knights. If you don't understand how a bout works you may have a little trouble. What I liked about it was the enthusiasm from the crowd and a couple of times the rowdiness of the skaters. There was a lot of lulls and not a lot of action so that makes it hard to want to pay attention to. What I didn't like was it was kind of hard to see especially if you were sitting down in the rows of chairs...so I actually chose to sit on the floor right in front of the rink which I wasn't crazy about. They play music the whole time which is cool but then the announcers try to talk and give you updates on the game and it's really hard to hear or understand what's actually being said. They serve beer drinks and even snacks but my suggestion is eat or get drunk before you go because they charge an arm and a leg inside the ballroom. You can't bring outside food or drinks in so if you go to the casino you can get a beer for two dollars Or stay in the ballroom and pay 7 to 10. It's not rocket science. I'll have to say it is fun to meet up with some friends hang out laugh and talk while watching something sort out on the side. It was their last bout at the Riviera as we all know it's going to be torn down so that was kind of cool in a little nostalgic. Hopefully the skaters will find a new venue to continue their tradition.

If you were ever lucky enough to catch RollerGames (1989-1990) on late night TV (as I did as a preteen), you know exactly what this game is all about and you can easily get hooked! On Saturday, April 25th, the Husband and I experienced our first real live roller derby match at the Las Vegas Roller Hockey Rink. It's located in the corner of the Commercial Center and can easily be missed, but it's there! Doors opened at 7 pm and the bout begins at 8 pm. You can choose to sit inside the rink on folding chairs, along the side on the floor, or safely behind the glass. Seats are up close and personal and they do promise the possibility of having a rollergirl in your lap! After the game, you can get autographs from your favorite players too! (There's a snack bar available too.) If you don't understand the game, they give out a handy little program with all the details, but the MC will also explain the game as it goes on. There's even a mini duel right at the beginning to give you a visual of what's about to happen. That evening, they played against the Arizona Roller Derby Tent City Terrors. Sure, we lost but it was a very exciting game and you never really knew who was going to win! Advanced tickets are $7 (although we tried purchasing such tickets the night before, but no luck), and $10 at the door. Kids under 10 and EMTs are free! This is definitely an athletic and family-friendly event, although a few of the players' names may be a bit suggestive. It looks like they have two local teams - The Notorious VIPs and the Tommy Gun Terrors. But when they play against another city, they combine into the Sin City Rollergirls. (Correct me if I'm wrong please!) The team colors of the Sin City Rollergirls are orange and black. We're definitely looking forward to catching at least one more game before their season ends!

Okay, Allegiant Stadium, you got me…read more I've now been to two concerts here, Cowboy Carter in 2025 and, most recently, the R&B Tour with Usher and Chris Brown in 2026. Both were great experiences, but my latest discovery was the Wynn Field Club GA tickets. I originally saw someone talking about the GA tickets on TikTok and decided to give them a try. Honestly, it ended up being a great decision. I got to the stadium right when the doors opened at 6:00 PM and was able to secure a spot directly by Stage B for this particular show. Being that close to the stage without paying for an expensive VIP package was definitely a win. The food options were actually pretty good, and of course I had to get a margarita because I was in Vegas. I also had the pretzels and shared with a neighbor because there were so many! Parking was surprisingly easy. I parked in Lot G. Getting into the lot was a little confusing because it was farther around the street than I expected, but once I figured it out, everything was pretty smooth. Leaving after the concert wasn't bad either. It took me about 10-20 minutes to get out, which was much better than I expected after a packed concert. My only real complaint was the navigation inside the stadium. It was a little confusing figuring out where to go for the floor sections, and the line was basically one long zig-zag. There were a few moments when I wasn't sure if I was going in the right direction. Better signage and clearer directions for the floor sections would definitely help. If I had more friends with me, I would definitely consider getting a table and bottle service at the Wynn Field Club. That would be a great option for a group night out. But even with a smaller group, the GA option was absolutely worth it for me. At this point, I think I've found my concert strategy at Allegiant Stadium. Anytime I come back for a concert, I'll definitely be checking the Wynn Lounge Club GA tickets first. If you're coming to Allegiant Stadium for a concert, it's worth looking into. The view, food, drinks, parking, and overall experience made it a great option for me. Just don't take my spot by Stage B next time.

Everything seemed organized, especially considering the size of the crowd, and getting around the venue was easier than expected. It was also interesting walking to the stadium from the Strip. You cross the large Hacienda Avenue bridge, which does not feel like it was originally designed for pedestrians, but it is closed to vehicle traffic during major events so everyone can safely walk across. It is a unique part of the experience. Allegiant Stadium is a great place for a major concert, and I would definitely return for another event.

So he is a good kid-does well in school, about to graduate high school,so he asked his dad if he could take him to watch the fight live as a graduation gift. Well once they decided to go,they extended the invite to myself & his grandmother, who is my 73 year old mother. Well this was going to be my mother's 1st UFC event,so to say she was beyond excited is a massive understatement. We secured tickets thru our membership to UFC Fight Club-which gives members presale access to all live UFC events. We arrived in Vegas on Saturday morning and after dropping off the bags and grabbing a quick bite we headed off to T-Mobile for UFC 326. I love how T-Mobile handles security for these events as you don't have to empty your pockets, you just walk thru and it scans you and if they see something they stop you, otherwise you just walk right in the stadium. T-Mobile Arena is located on Las Vegas Blvd, tucked off the street between the New York-New York Casino and the Park MGM Casino.Very easy access for walk ups or drops offs if you are coming from far away. It's a pretty modern stadium-Home of both the WNBA Champion Las Vegas Aces and former NHL Champs Vegas Golden Knights. This stadium is for sure built to put on larger than life events,so I had zero doubt UFC 326 would go off without a hitch. My seats for this event were the last row at the very top of the stadium,so I can now truly say, there is not a bad seat in the house and the views are amazing from every seat. I'm not a small guy,so arena seating can get tight at times, but I had zero issues with the seats being too crunched together at T-Mobile. I did see two fights break out between fans in the hallways while the event was going on,but both times security swarmed quickly and dissolved the situation before it got out of hand-I don't think my mother even noticed the fights. Drinks and food are typical arena big event Vegas prices, but at least this arena does have every option available but honestly I don't eat or drink too much at sporting events,I think I had a tall can for like $18 or something pretty close to that. Getting out of the stadium was chaotic,at least where we sat due to everyone being funneled to one escalator to service many sections of the stadium-which may have led a bit to the unrest from a few of the overly emotional fans who may have been a bit overly excited about the last fight results-but it's UFC-it's kind of expected to have a rowdy fanbase. Once out of the arena-we made our way to many of the neighboring bars and restaurants in the area for a lively Saturday night in Las Vegas. In closing-If you find yourself with an upcoming event,be it a concert,a hockey game,a basketball game or a UFC event,I guarantee this arena will provide you everything needed to have a great time-like my mother who had the time of her life at her 1st UFC event at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
