Dr J Wu is awesome! He takes time to listen to your concerns and questions. And has great feedback and input. Which shows comprehension and respect. The front office is always helpful and tries to get things done with the limited staff they have. The type of care is well above par!! Dr Wu still helps me when I'm living part time in AZ. I've been coming here on and off for about 8 yrs. First my mom was a pt here then I started using them when Kaiser was too busy and would take months to get an appointment. I would have to pay out of pocket... BUT when you need something ASAP, I could usually get in that week... NOT months later... I only use them for adult care, I don't know how the Peds is ran. Declines to fill out disability forms. Disability says start with your Family Doctor. Information that NP Loung told me, he would his lose his job, get fired and he needed a special license to start my Short term disability journey. All is not true. The company Molina won't call me back to hear my response or to help me. They will treat you differently if you're white and over 60. read more

If I could give them no stars I would. I had an extremely disappointing experience at LaSalle Medical due to a serious violation of my medical privacy. As a minor, I had the legal right to confidentiality regarding my drug test results. I even signed a consent form stating that my results should not be shared with my parents. Despite this, the clinic repeatedly disclosed my private medical information without my permission, violating both California law and HIPAA privacy regulations. This breach of trust has caused me significant distress, and I would strongly caution anyone--especially minors--against using this clinic if they value their privacy. I have since filed a formal complaint with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Office for Civil Rights. Clinics should respect patient rights and follow the law, not disregard clear consent forms even if parents are persistent disclosing information without the patient's consent is still a serious violation. Would not recommend to anyone if you value your rights. read more

Worst doctors office I have ever been too. They always schedule my appointments for the wrong date, they never answer the phone. They gave me wrong referrals. They never listen to the patient. Front desk staff is very unorganized and unprofessional. If you want good quality care this is NOT the place to go. read more

I've had LaSalle as my primary care doctor's office for about five years. I've had different primary care physicians as some come and go which I accept as normal. They always seem to be willing to schedule my appointments within a reasonable time, and over the years, I rarely have much of a wait. But I always schedule my appointments for the first one of the day. Today I walked into the office and requested a printout of all my medications, and walked out a few minutes later with list in hand. Excellent customer service without delay or excuses. The staff both front and back office have always treated me with respect and professionalism. Keep up the good work, and thanks! read more

They are terrible with following up with patients. I've been waiting for a referral for a month in a half. Then I have to continually call to see what's going on after being told I would receive a call. Supervisor for referrals obviously isn't supervising referral staff can NEVER find notes from phone calls. Calling for any type of assistance takes a while due to one call center for over 5 offices. Doctors don't listen to patients always rushing you out or just telling you what they think without full information or looking at medical records. Will definitely be switching to take a long drive down the hill not worth wasting more time and prolonging my care. read more

Originally had Marie Madumba as primary care physician. Loved her. She went to pediatrics or something. I showed up to my appointment and had Eileen (?) Cruz... All she did was negate everything that my doctor had going for me. Saying, I wouldn't have done that or I wouldn't have prescribed you that... Also was really short & quick with everything. Now needing a new doctor... They tried to make her my primary. I says no, anyone else? They then have me Dustin Wong. He wasn't much different/better than she was. I was planning on leaving LaSalle altogether. I called the pharmacy to refill my prescription to find out I didn't have any left. The pharmacy sent a refill request to the doctor's office which got rejevfed/denied. I had to make an appointment to see the doctor. The appointment was one week away & I was all out of my medication. I called the doctor to see if they'd give me one weeks worth off medication to last me until me appointment & they also said no to that. Finally make it to my appointment with doctor Wong to have doctor Cruz walk into the room. The only thing she was worried about was not refilling the prescriptions that my original doctor had prescribed (because it's not what she would have done/prescribed). First of all... She is not my doctor. 2nd- she doesn't have that repor with me and my situation. Anyway, I had a few things that I need to talk to get, well, Mr doctor about including a broken finger.... All she did was say, ok, we'll get an x-ray. Still wasn't done talking to her before she ran out of the room. I asked the nurse where she was at because I wasn't done. She said she couldn't talk to me because she was with a patient. I thought I was a patient. A patient that made an appointment to address certain issues. I guess I wasn't important enough. She just ran out of the room without giving me the opportunity to get my ailments addresses or taken care of. Very disappointed. Switching physicians now. read more

I do not recommend this place they do not care about saving peoples lives they care about money. I called to get a mammogram under the every women counts program(which is covered). They told me if the doctor "feels" it's not related to breast cancer I will be charged. How am I supposed to know wether or not it's breast cancer that's why I am getting a screening. Just goes to show they care more about the paycheck than human lives. read more

I made an appointment as a cash visit for $65 and then 6 months later got a bill for $170 after they billed my insurance for $300 already, a total of $470 to get a prescription refilled. They won't see you unless you have lab work done which turns out, it's just a bait and switch where they rob you of a lot of money under the guise that it's just the cost of seeing you for the first time. I had an understanding I was paying cash for $65, but they will switch things out on you without explaining extra costs and you will have to pay their company a whole lot of extra fees. When you call them for help, April who is the office manager will overtalk you and interrupt any questions you have and won't listen to any of your concerns. Good luck if you go there. I will never ever go back. Ultimately they are only there for the money, they could care less about your health. The doctor I saw was very corrupt, only concerned about diagnosis that added to his profit had nothing to do with what I was there for. Don't go here if you have other options, shop around and get prices up front before you are seen. They are very dishonest people. read more

I have been in this place for over 5 years. This place used to be okay. But today, this place gave me a horrible experience. Please do not lie to patient. The doctor is totally no problem. But the staffs in this office are insane. I went to this place for my lab not even seeing a doctor. My appointment was 9:30 but I arrived there around 9:25. The I checked in. I asked a staff. How long I should wait. Then the staff told me that there are two patients before me. So I waited almost an hour, then I asked again how many patients before me. Then guess what!!! Around 10:40, the staff told me that there are 2 patients prior me. Wth!!! For over an hour still 2 patients prior me??? For just a lab (which takes no more than 5-10 min)???? Simple blood test??? There were more than 10 patients cut me. The staffs did not even apologize. They just simply told me that "do you want to reschedule?" Are you serious? For just a simple blood lab test in small doctor's office, now I need to empty my schedule for 5 hours? This place is totally NOT recommended!! Do not go to this place!! read more

I highly recommend this doctor for children. They were fast we were there for less than an hour they were clean, the shots/ blood tests were fast and painless. All of the nurses were very nice and the doctor listed to everything I had to say. read more

I have been on my same medications for more than ten years. Works for me. This doctor changed one med and won't refill the others. Pharmacy sends refill requests but doctor says no. I can't wait forever these meds are very important or I wouldn't be on them in the first place. One med for heart one for cholesterol. One for Wellbutrin- I've been out for two weeks! This is a medication you can't just stop and start whenever your doctor gets their head out of their butt. I'm not as healthy now as I was before and feel crappy and she literally doesn't care. I'm scared they will put off my care long enough for me to need additional care like hospitalization. Really. This is scary and I feel neglected. Read reviews before you go. Be ready to wait more than an hour just to be put in a room. Also why don't they allow family members to come in with you?? I feel trapped and at their mercy. I need to change my doctor.
