This is what corporate takeovers of medicine care has brought us to! I guess if they keep patients away from dr interactions they make memore Money!! The technician was very thorough, and she did the treatment in literally 5 minutes. I was so pleasantly surprised! After two treatments I no longer see shadows under my arms. I still get hair growing in, but it's fine and light. After 7 treatments for my underarms, I still get hair growing in. I only have to shave about once a week though, and there are no dark shadows. It's more like peach fuzz. I am 4 treatments into my lower legs, and I hardly have ANY hair growing back!

At my first appointment in September, I was told just two hours before my scheduled time that someone else had double-booked my slot and asked to come later. I explained I couldn't due to work, but was told to come in anyway. Then, just 15 minutes before my appointment, while I was already on my way, I got another call saying they couldn't accommodate me and I would need to reschedule. When I finally showed up for my first service, their computer system was down, and I had to wait around 20 minutes before the technician proceeded. After the session, the system was still down, and I was told someone would call me the next day to schedule my second appointment. I provided my name, but no one ever followed up. I had to take the initiative myself and reach out in January just to schedule my second appointment. For my second visit, I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to be told they had no record of my appointment, forcing me to reschedule again. The recurring system and scheduling issues make me not even want to go back to finish my treatment. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.

I was psyched to learn they offer YAG lasers, that work very well in pigmented skin. I happily began my treatments and shortly found out I was pregnant. I had to stop my treatments during pregnancy, after pregnancy (due to breastfeeding), and then COVID came through with a vengeance. During those years, I called up once or twice, inquiring about my account, trying to make sure it was still active and in good standing. I was always assured that everything was fine but I was still worried that too much time would pass, deeming my account inaccessible. Several years later, I was finally ready to restart my sessions but I was worried that I lost my GC balance and the balance from the complimentary sessions. I finally worked up the nerve to call and make an appointment. I initially started my sessions in the city, off of Lexington. It was very difficult for me to get down there and parking was horrible. I found out that they opened a location closer to my residence, so when I called to reinstate my treatments, I inquired about switch my base location. They normally don't do that, but the woman with whom I spoke, was kind enough to make an exception. I truly appreciated it. I started visiting the White Plains location and have been very happy. I usually work with either Pamela or Zelia, and they're both really exceptional. I've seen a huge difference from when I first started. I dont need to shave, even when some hairs sports up, as they are now much finer and less visible. Satori offers seasonal sales that are very reasonable. So far, I've completed underarms, lower legs, half arms, upper lip and bikini plus. I'm soooo happy with my results. Darkening of my bikini line and underarms have significantly lightened with the laser treatments, coupled with a better skincare maintenance (routine exfoliating, glycolic acid, ect). Be advised not to use tretinoin, have direct sunlight exposure, or exfoliate, too soon before or after your sessions. It's best to let your tech know what you're doing because it's not worth damaging your skin. They are very knowledgeable and will instruct you of what you should be doing, and when. My sessions are pretty spaced out, to about 2-3 months and I be able to drop down to twice a year visits very soon. Ditch your razor and get that laser! (motto copyrighted lol)

The main confusion I felt the first time I went was where the office was actually located- It's INSIDE the Nail Art Clinic, in the back. Also, I wasn't sure whether to tip or not, because I've heard mixed opinions, but I think you should since it's not a doctor's office. I got the lash package for 3 re-fills. But they have a few other options, which makes it easier for when I need it. The best part - my lashes last! I used to have to get my lashes filled every 2-3 weeks and by then, it would be sparse, but now, I don't need a refill for about 4-5 weeks. I would definitely recommend this place for eye lash extensions, and I've honestly already told so many people about The Lash House.
