I give my dr 5 stars. he used to take care of my patients and I decided to go to him. he has been diligent professional and fun sense of humor and compassionate to my skin situation.He has done everything in his power to heal me as I'm a diabetic slow to heal and had bacteria resistant infections. with my insurance it was a trial e@ch time as some thing insurance pays for some things not. When I first went I told them what 2 insurances I had and they accepted it. ok Then when I I had retired and went to Medicare and another insurance. the insurance they accepted with my past insurance. nobody at the front office ever said since may you have a company due . it is july , just went the other day nobody told me that and ..this past appt they didn't say please pay a copay for past or up front now. I never had to pay a copay. ever. so I got a bill from May it's July and I called up to inquire and I said no one told me you take my secondary ins. they said we never took that 2 nd ins you have and I said yes you have after 3 yrs you have but it was under fidelis the the 2nd. So Now I feel slighted as no one ever said we don't take your 2 nd insurance and I argued with the center at home office and said I did show 2 cards for ins and the guy at the office said we got it . So someone should said many the way we don't take that 1 ins just the other card you showed us. I have no way to pay for co pays I'm retired and have hardship just me no income no spousal income now I have to not go anymore and hope I dont get mrsa again and lose my leg from not being able to pay copays. But the drs are good. read more

The doctor was obnoxious, she rejected my insurance for hyperhidrosis procedure a couple of times just because I wanted a cream prescription, had me waiting for her approval thinking it was my insurance that was taking long but no it was her being mean, if you don't love what your doing go for something that you do love, we have enough evil people in this world and the last thing we need is doctors to be evil with their patient!!!!!! read more

I came to your office a few months ago and inquired about a cosmetic service and was told by Melissa that the cost was 180.00 a session. When I had an actual consultation for the service she gave a different price. At that time I intentionally asked the receptionist to write down the price Melissa quoted me. When I had that service done and asked what the charge was Melissa contradicted what was written and gave me ANOTHER price. I said nothing and I left and I will never return. I later told a couple of people about the experience. I was never handed anything in writing to I could see the prices so as far as I am concerned she was making them up on the fly. I know times are difficult right now but why sacrifice your integrity???...never again! read more

Omg I'm really staring to hate that place. I had two appointments that I missed worked for and they cancelled me last minute twice now. Top it off I wasn't even told that my doctor no longer works there. They have no common courtesy and think you'll be ok with whatever MD they choose for you. This place has gone down hill. I had an amazing experience at the Sweiger PELHAM Bay Park location. The office is beautiful and the front desk very friendly. I was blown away by Dr. Yael Pinn. She is very easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and gave me great suggestions and tips but I never felt pressured. She is conscious of your budget and works with you to get you the best possible treatment within what works for you. She prescribed a cream for the skin condition I have and it is already showing great results. This after I tried so many other things. I couldn't be more pleased. Dr. Pinn takes the time to listen to your concerns and works with you to find solutions. I highly recommend her and I look forward to seeing her again for other tteatments. read more

This is an excellent office located at the 6 Train subway stop. There is also parking in the adjacent lot. The space is brand new and very modern in a good way! I made an appointment here as I live nearby although they have several other offices. I needed a screening for skin cancer and treatment for a sc patch on my leg. Lia, the PA was amazing. She explained all the possibilities both for treatment and outcome. She referred me to Dr. Kopp as I needed to have surgical removal and she felt that was the best outcome. I was treated at the 65 Broadway office and they were excellent as well. What was great that from the reception by the front desk to the treatment and follow up, I felt very comfortable. My wait time was extremely short. All the staff was extremely nice & respectful, the first person I had seen before the PAC wasn't the most polite, but things seemed busy there so I understand; My PAC, pinn was very polite and kind and it definitely made up for previously feeling a little uneasy. She was knowledgeable, helped me understand and didn't just automatically write off what I was telling her. I already see a change happening in my face and it's only been a couple days. This was my first derm visit and Ethan the PA was great! Very clean and organized office. Originally I did not understand what a PA vs an MD meant but the manager Joyce was kind enough to share information on the differences and made me feel comfortable with seeing the PA. terrible service they say take fidelis care but their surgeon doesnt, PA megan li has no idea how to treat an absess she didnt drain the right spot in my arm and i went somewhere else and they did a great job , she also misdiagnosed me with cellulitis and was telling my to go to the hospital to get help because she refused to drain it again in the right spot. spent the last 2 and a half weeks in pain unable to use my arm because of this place thankfully im finally getting better with help from another place in long island. dont go here read more

I absolutely love Ethan Searles. I first met him in the Yonkers, Grassy Sprain Rd office, close to home. I recently visited the Pelham Bay office. It's true what they say, when you find someone good you follow them around no matter how far. The girls in the office were really nice and his nurse Carla is such a doll. I had the worst experience with Melissa Rosenhan. She barely gave me any time or attention and I did feel comfortable at all. I felt like she was judging me the whole time. She couldn't even fake a smile and walked out as soon as she walked in. I asked her if there was anything I could do to minimize or prevent breakouts and she automatically turns to the nurse and tells her to put an order for two creams without saying a word to me. She doesn't explain how to use the creams, any side effects, or what not to do while on this medicine. I wanted to think she was nice and just having a bad day but regardless, no patient should ever feel this way especially when they are asking for help on one of their biggest insecurities. I also read a review detailing a similar experience and I was so confused to read she had any good reviews. Also, whenever I would ask a question she would just walk out and come back with her answers barely saying anything to me. I hope she can fix this attitude and treat future patients better. read more
