Little bit about me I get facials regularly. The place I go is closing down so I was looking for a new place that I could become a regular at. My first experience with this business is when I called to make use the b1g1 was for the platnium hydro facial. Lady on the phone said yes... when I went there before I purchased I asked again. They said yes. After the service was done that was in fact not what I purchased . I let them know that both over the phone and in person they told me the wrong thing. So they said next time they will hiring the service I was told WAS the b1g1. Okay no worries.. I get in my car and realize -told me the wrong thing for a quick sale -micro bladed all the way up to my hair line and cut my front ends off -cut my forehead because the pressure was to hard -still random patches of peach fuzz Second time around I went and reminded them about the honored facial that I originally wanted. Which in the description says it comes with red light therapy. It did not. When finished and asked what about the red light therapy the girl gave me a run around with three different excuses 1- it was an add on (no it's not it states in the description it comes with the treatment) 2- depends on if we think you need it ( WANTED that for that specific treatment that's what I paid for who are you to decide what I need if it states in the description that it's included) 3. Depend on who's doing your face some of us add it some of us don't And then lastly after I asked one more time about the wording of the description for that specific treatment with the red light she said it's somthing we talk about if you need in the beginning and that the facial is very customizable but when we started she didn't care to ask me my concerns or what it was I wanted.. kinda seemed like she wanted to get it done and over with like I was the last person of the day She then tried telling me they can add it next time I come back. No no I will not be back that's wrong of them to try and make right and half ass the facial Andy Ty to sell me what it was I actually wanted on the next visit .. I will take my money elsewhere where. To top it off I go back in my car look at my face and once again my peach fuzz on my upper lip my cheek and some of my forehead was still there. As if she barely microdermed it... Long story short take your money elsewhere where we're. If they or the store owner wants to do right by there practice then they should fix this issue immediately and be more upfront with the deals and what it is the facial offers

Before starting services, I clearly explained to the owner multiple times that my main concern was removing gray hair. I was assured that this treatment was included in the package I purchased. One thing that immediately raised concern for me was the large amount of paperwork focused on chargebacks before services even began. Despite feeling uneasy about it, I decided to move forward. After my third session, I informed the owner that I was not seeing any noticeable results. That is when I was finally told that the laser being used only works on dark hair, not gray hair. I reminded her again that gray hair removal was the primary reason I signed up in the first place. At that point, I was told I would need an entirely different treatment package costing an additional $1,000 or more. This was not what was originally discussed or agreed upon. I requested a refund for my remaining unused services, but the owner stated she needed to speak with her attorney first. After that conversation, my emails and text messages went unanswered. Overall, I feel I was misled about the services being provided and disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution afterward.
