Laser by Nicole was the best find on yelp. I recently moved back from VA where I was getting my laser hair removal treatments. Unfortunately, I stopped due to relocating back to FL. The communication with Nicole trying to schedule an appointment was awesome and flawless. She was very flexible and reachable. I came into my appointment in their Weston location and was greeted by Tara. She is very friendly, explained the process and was very welcoming. Their machine is totally painless!!!! I could not believe it, but it was so pain free I am really thinking about doing other areas. I had the laser on my full face and my underarms. I Had my first treatment today for a Brazilian and it what so quick! Their was maybe a quick minute of slight pinching, but again, it is a sensitive region. Today was my first laser hair removal treatment. I treated my whole bikini area. My appointment was with Leslie. She was great. I felt comfortable right away and there was no wait time. I walked in about 15 minutes early and got started right away. I was in and out within 10 minutes. It was very little pain..a lot less than I was expecting. One tip I will give is to shave either the night before or the morning of and shave against the hair. The less hair you have the less pain. My redness went away within just a couple of hours. Over all great experience and I'm looking forward to my next treatment in 6 weeks!!! read more

Hi. So this is my second review using laser by Nicole, I have had 3 sessions so far. My last session didn't go so well, so you are probably thinking why I gave 5 stars?? Well funny thing is, it turns out I was taking a medication that made my skin EXTREMELY photo sensitive which is why I was so miserable. I contacted Nicole and she responded right away and helped me solve my issues...Now let me just brag about Nicole for a little bit because she is AMAZING! Her customer service deserves 10 stars in my opinion. She contacted me more than 3 times to check up on how I was feeling and to me that meant the world because it truly shows that she cares about her clients and there well being. OMG! I am so happy to find Nicole! I had my lip done years ago at another place and it hurt so bad I said never again. But it's South Florida and can't be a hairy beast forever! One of my friends has been going to Nicole forever at her old location. Referred me and I'm so friggin happy. First, Nicole is as cute as a button, knowledgeable and professional. Totally relaxed me since I was petrified getting a full on bikini area lasered. Second, it didn't hurt! You can feel it but the worse it got was a little sting. Pulling hair hurt worse. I went to Laser by Nicole as I was recommended by a friend for some hair removal. I was greeted warmly at the reception area and offered something to drink. I had an appointment at 10:00 am and was brought into the treatment room at that time. After several questions and some info Nicole explained the different options to me as well as the various packages that they offer and a little about herself and her training. I looked around the room and her certificates and licenses were all displayed on the walls. I was very surprised by her reasonable prices as I had been to Ideal inquiring about the prices for the same treatment area and they were far more expensive. She explained all about the laser machine that she was about to use and how it is the latest in technology as it is painless and quick. The procedure went quickly and as I was told, pain free. I have several more appointments for my treatment area in the coming weeks. I was very impressed by her professionalism and her ability to make me feel at ease. I look forward to coming back and finishing up and have already recommended this business to several of my friends looking to have laser hair removal done. They are located just minutes from I75 in Weston and easy to get to from the north or south. If you are looking to have a hair removal procedure done I encourage you to call and make an appointment before choosing a treatment center. I came to the Weston location for my initial treatment with Nicole but when the new Pompano location opened, I made an appointment with Tara because she was a closer to where I live. Mind you I would see either of these ladies because they are just so professional, caring and easy going that they make you forget your getting laser done. But my schedule is a hectic one so whenever they can squeeze me in for a treatment, I'm happy. BTW, the Pompano location is open the first Sat of each month and for me this is extremely convenient before needing to go to work. They both know their craft & I am so happy to have found them. I went in to meet with Leslie in the Weston office, which is bright, welcoming and clean. Leslie was absolutely amazing.
