It is a small office and Dr Gaines is the only dentist there. The staff made me feel very warm and welcoming. I was having severe cold sensitivity on my right and left side. When Dr. Gaines did the exam she was able to find the problem immediately. Apparently I had "tooth brush abrasion" or part of my root exposed. She offered several treatment options and explained the benefits and cost of each. I opt for the white covered filling instead of the fluoride treatment or desensitizing liquid. To ensure that I no longer had sensitivity she allowed me to rinse with cold water. To my surprise I was no longer sensitive. I would recommend Dr Gaines to anyone looking for a skilled, honest and caring dentist. Looking forward to my next visit.

The geniuses at Tavormina Dentistry, that's who! I had an appointment the day before my birthday this year and as I was getting out of the chair to leave I see the entire staff walking towards me with candles in a cake singing me happy birthday!! That is just one of many examples of this office going above and beyond to make sure you feel recognized and appreciated as their patient, which comes through in everything they do!
