We walked into the store with an item of interest in mind; but, after walking around, found several items that would fit our need. We also found quite a few items that will encourage us to come back for future needs. While the prices weren't inexpensive, they were in line with other stores that sold contemporary furniture. We ultimately left after purchasing something that we hadn't seen on the website, and it was delivered just a few days later. As an aside, to show how helpful they were, we were speaking with the owner about an upcoming trip and he gave us wonderful advice. Then, we asked for a local restaurant recommendation, since we weren't from that area. Soon after we were seated at the restaurant, one of the employees there came over and welcomed us by name, saying that the owner had called ahead. ​​​

I…read morerecently purchased furniture (early 2025) for several rooms as I upgraded my children's rooms from kids to teens, and converted one to a sitting room. I discovered Divano Designs about three years ago when I desperately needed kitchen chairs. The quality and service was top notch then, so naturally I returned. The furniture is of excellent quality and tastefully modern. But the service you receive is even better! They are so friendly here, patient, and more importantly, not pushy like other furniture stores! I worked with Nittoo and he took the time to ensure he understood my needs, worked with me on design options, navigated and resolved a couple issues flawlessly, and delivered an awesome experience! The delivery guys are excellent too!! Things went so well, I ended up purchasing a kitchen table last minute which was delivered with all of my other furniture! If you need furniture, I highly recommend Divano Designs!! They are the best!!

Dan was terrific! I rented a copier from BOS for my event in Baltimore right after Chirstmas…read more Being over a holiday period, instead of paying $$$ to have someone on call they delivered a second machine in case the first one went down. Dan was on the delivery crew and made sure the printer was networked as I had ordered. This is the first convention (doing this for 20+ yrs) where the copier ran without incident or issue. Wonderful!! Highly recommend BOS.

Omg!! when i tell you this man always looks out and helps me in anyway possible he may not be…read moreavailable when u need him but he always on time(we all get busy!)but he will make it his business to get back to you within the hour or before the day is out and he knows his stuff i feel like its never complicated for me when it comes to connecting devices or switching out the ink or watever it is i may need when he is directing me.
