I never write reviews, but this place is bottom of the barrel.. Honored a Groupon deal- spoke to and paid the owner directly and was charged even more than Groupon pricing because she made me pay tax on my laser hair removal package when it shouldn't have been and that cost me almost $30- which she pocketed- then she even recommended I tip her!! She is the owner and she did not spend more than 3 minutes per treatment to laser me!! I couldn't even stand her phony, pushy personality. The laser hurt like hell and did not make a difference even after all 6 sessions spaced out exactly 3 weeks apart like she insisted I need to do, and the owner blamed me then rudely tried to demand I need to buy another package from her. The whole time she pushed her overpriced skin numbing product like crazy. I bought lidocaine 4% for $10 over the counter at the drugstore and it worked amazingly. Owner is rude and pushy, and books the appointments only when it's convenient for her. So annoyed by her blatant rude and then phoniness.. She must think people are stupid and can't see thru her snake-oil sales pitch. Both locations are dingy. this place is a negative space that will try to suck all your money with their bootleg products and services. I definitely don't recommenced

Normally, I only read the reviews here, but after this experience I was so bothered by it, that I decided to give back to the helpful yelp boards and say something to warn others. I did a lasering package for hair removal. Not been a good experience from the actual treatment to the way the owner does business and speaks to you, and now that my package is complete I will review and do not recommend. First of all, I still have a lot of hair. From what I am told, the dark hair and light skin like I have responds well to the laser. I would be considered an ideal laser if candidate- So, I went through sh*t tons of pain, irritation, time and money doing this all for nothing- hair is the same. Originally, because I am on a budget, i had planned to buy the laser package on Groupon, but I called ahead to ask about availability and spoke to the owner, Trish. She told to come in and buy through them because Groupon takes 50% of their money. I did that like she asked me to, and then the price went up because she charged me for the tax on my laser services which groupon was not even doing. The service was rushed and sparse. She did not hit the entire area with the laser, she was very short with me when I asked her about it and lied saying she did zap it all when I always watch and she doesn't. The whole time she is pushy for me to buy more areas, and another package and pay extra money for her overpriced topical anesthesia/numbing cream which has 4% lidocaine in it and could be purchased at any drugstore for $10 or less. She always rushes through the service leaving a lot of irritations and marks and pushes me to buy the cream. I feel like I am speaking with a rude, pushy sales robot. Now that I finished all of my sessions and still have all of the same amount of hair, she says I need to buy another package from her and was insistent even though I said I wasn't interested. The pushiest person she is and it always rubbed me the wrong way, but the last session was the worst and most forceful- She was being so adamant about me buying more that I lied and said I was moving, which seemed to make her mad and rush me out the door. Had to write because I've never spent this kind of money on myself and I have never been treated as bad as this.. It warranted a bad review. Super offended by the way the owner treated me! read more
