We did have to wait in the room for a while for the doctor, but we were just thankful they squeezed us in so she could get relief. Dr. Anderson was friendly and knowledgeable and the assistant was also. They were patient and helpful for my daughters and my other 2 kids that had to come with us. The follow up appointment was a little disappointing though. The assistant just took the bandaid off, looked at it and said it looks fine but I needed to clean out some scabbing. I told her I tried to but couldn't because I wasn't sure what needed to come out and what didn't. Instead of offering to show me or do it, she just dismissed us and left the room. If it wasn't for that experience, I'd give 5 stars instead of 4.

I was a previous patient of this facility…read more When I called to make an appointment they put me on hold saying my record is flagged for self pay option only because many years ago my account was going to collections but it never did. They could not provide me a proof of date/visit and said this was the only way this was going to work. I would have to pay for the entire visit to include any treatment up front the day of service and they would bill insurance after i pay.... This place is extremely unprofessional and should no longer be in business if this is the way they are going to treat patients. We have insurance to assist with healthcare and they are doing the exact opposite.
