What a great place to hold a company event. It's indoors the place is so spacious & the food was really good. There's a full service bar but we didn't get the chance to try it. The company did a Buffett style fajita spread, a veggie wrap, chicken tenders, & shredded chicken. There salad was so good. There honey mustard was so good . They had tiny assorted desserts. There's a laser tag section I didn't play due to my knee issue. Our company gave unlimited credits on the cards. So I picked games a that I wouldn't used my credit for. I did a bunch of virtually games. Overall a great choice for gathering, playing new & old games. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Accompanied my sister, brother in law and their 2 grandsons to this arcade last week. Upon arrival, and upon paying for their play, my sister informed the front desk that her grandson was a diabetic and required his electronic monitoring device with him in his backpack. The young lady informed him that it was okay. My brother in law stayed behind to supervise the 2 boys, ages 8 and 11, while my sister and I went down the block to shop. There was not another customer in the arcade. We were gone for 30 minutes when we received a call from my brother in law that they had been thrown out from the arcade. we rushed back to find out what had happened. It seems my brother in law took out the electronic device that reads the blood sugar level in his grandsons device which is attached to him. The manager Lynn advised he could NOT do this there, as there is a strict policy against water bottles, and open containers due to their liquor license. My brother in law was not drinking water nor had an open bottle but had placed a thermos of water that was in his backpack on the table, so he could read the device, which was in his bag also. Lynn was very loud, obnoxious and rude and told my brother in law to go to the front to read the device, which he was in the process of doing. She was yelling and told my brother in law it was not her problem that he needed to check the youngest grandsons blood sugar level. This determines what action is required to keep him healthy and out of diabetic crisis. She threatened my brother in law and summoned a guy to come and throw them out. He proceeded to try and pick up the bag and thermos and throw it out the door. My brother proceeded out the door as the children were upset at all the yelling. She repeated it was not her problem Never have we been treated with such utter disregard and callousness for a childs welfare. I was really hopeful coming here. I'm a bit of an arcade junkie and I was really excited to find Laser Ops. They have a solid variety of games and claw machines mixed in with your standard arcade fare (air hockey, wack a mole), and offer a small VR section and laser tag. There is a full bar which is a bonus (if you can find a bartender) and if you love the frozen section at Costco then you'll be thrilled at the selection of food. Came today for some good ole family fun. This location opens at the 11:00am on Fridays. We arrived at 11:30, filled out the waivers (yes you have to fill out waivers for each person playing), and paid for a 1 hour laser tag session for four people. We were scheduled for the 12:00 pm tag session. We arrived to the tag session about five minutes early and the staffed called us into the briefing room (rules and game setup with background story. The staff had to go looking for people that were signed up for the time but did not show up to check in. This took a bit (not their fault but really annoying). The guy overseeing our game was not into his job and we could barely hear him so we had to ask him to repeat the instructions constantly. This took even more time away. It is neat you get to choose your gun but the visor foam head gear was crappy. Falling off and easy to cheat with. Stick with what works like vests. Finally game time, the guy to oversee the game was not monitoring people as I was hit in the face like other people playing several times because of teens run and looking behind them. Annoying but trying to enjoy the game. People that have played it before were turning the hats sideways and upside down to hide the spot you shot total cheating. Again the overseer did nothing tell people complained. Lots of people sitting on the respawn location just shooting you as soon as you check in. During one of the three games, the objective we had to locate was hidden at the other teams homebase. This made no sense as we could not go in that area. Some of the equipment did not work properly like reload took forever or had to smash the button several times. Still trying to have fun. At the end, there was no scoring or report on how you did. They said they gave up on that because it never worked. This place is not even that old. Fix this! Everyone else in laser tag business gives you your data. People live and talk about their data after the game to compare. Overall, not a very good experience. I love Qzar and many other places that I play laser tag at compared to this. Went here yesterday and got a Groupon. Upon arriving the person at the front desk wasn't very helpful with explaining how our package worked. If you have a TIME card make sure you do laser tag before you swipe the card along with the VR. They only do laser tag on the hour so keep that in mind. The only helpful person was the security guy as he noticed the kids had to swipe their cards SO MANY times for it to finally turn green. He said I'm sorry I didn't catch you before they went into laser tag. The time cards don't pause while they're doing laser tag and NO ONE told me that it took an hour. I'm glad it did but they lose a whole hour on their arcade time. After the kids were done they really wanted a photobooth pic. The inside says cash only. So I go to the atm they have and get cash out. I go to the front desk to ask for change for the Photo Booth and the manager (older lady with glasses) says that none of their stuff takes cash... ok well it literally said cash only on the screen.. I ask her what I could do so they could take one. She tells me they need a card with credits on it? Ok? She didn't even explain how much that'd be or how to get one. Only because we had a time card. Anyways I wish more was explained to us especially after me telling them hi this is our first time here. No one seemed like they were happy being there besides the security guy. Literally the only helpful person there. If the kids didn't have fun I would rate this lower. But they did have a good time and it was a cool place. Very clean and no complaints with that read more

On a recent date with my lil guy. We wanted to do something a bit different. We decided to try some laser tag. Silly me didn't realize we no longer have a Qzar in town and a simple Yelp search helped me find this gem. When we arrived I was shocked to see how large the facility was. They had lots of arcade games, carnival games, food, alcohol, laser tag and other virtual reality games. We really enjoyed chasing kids down and lasting them to shreds. This was a great last minute date night idea. They accept debit cards. They use a plastic game card to keep your credits on. The amount of credits needed for each game seems pretty fair. The facility was really clean. This is hard to do in an arcade like this. The bathrooms were immaculate. Feedback to help improve: The process by which you buy bazooka ball and archery games could use some tweaks. They sell games that are supposed to start every 15 minutes. The way they run the games and the time it takes to set up a game makes this nearly impossible. IMO - They would be better served having an electronic board that shows when the next game and type of game will start and you purchase tickets to play in those games. Times can be adjusted on the fly to keep it moving and accurate. I've seen this at other places we go. The scoring of the games is manually done by the staff. It doesn't bother me but when kids play they want to see who won. If the staff got distracted by helping someone else, scores often went undocumented. All in all really good place to have some fun with family. Didn't try the food yet. Will do it next time. Drinks were on point. Laser tag games are an hour long??? That seems like an eternity but maybe kids love that. Due to the length of the game we had to do the other activities. We got a Groupon for here that included a Laser Tag game, 2 hours of arcade play and a VR experience. It cost is $79 for 3 of us and was money well spent as we spent around 5 hours there. My biggest complaint and something they DEFINITELY need to fix is how they choose teams for laser tag. When we (my husband, son, and I) entered, the guy put me and my husband on one team and our son on the other team alone. We addressed this and the worker said "let me get the teams split and we will see if it can be changed." After he split the teams he said "teams are final and can't be changed." My son looked like he was going to cry. He did not know a soul on his team and is extremely shy around strangers. I again went to the guy and he did not seem to care. We decided we would simply come back another game then so that at least one of us could be on a team with our son. At this, the worker got frustrated and finally asked someone to trade teams. Who in their right mind would put a kid alone with total strangers while their parents are on another team away from them?! This is honestly the only downside to our visit. This the best laser tag experience I've ever had. We took our youth group to Laser Ops and experienced one of our best events! Our group was 30+ teens and staff. The laser tag arena was plenty large enough for us. The staff explained all the rules clearly. They have multiple laser guns to chose from too! That was new lol. The music in the arena was exciting and the game modes kept the rounds fresh. Our group loved the laser tag! We booked a party package and it came out to around $23 per person for pizza, soda, a 65 credit game card, archery tag and laser tag. It was a good value but the food wasn't good. It was basic pizza and they wouldn't let us bring in food or drinks. Everything else was great! They have a wide variety of arcade games and even have virtual reality games! All the arcade games are decently priced while the virtual reality games are a little higher (which is warranted). The booking process was a bit convoluted. A waiver is required to be signed. You can do it in house or online. Online requires a drivers license but in house is just your your personal info. That was an ordeal because we had over 30+ people scrambling to get a form in that could have been done on location. Also, it's kind of difficult to get a hold of people during the day. Wow! What a cool place! As a parent I am really digging these places that offer children a lot of indoor energy outlets during the hot, Florida summer. The young, I'm going to say mostly male staff, was very kind and helpful with handling the needs of my fairly younger children when it came to coaching them in laser tag and whatever Bazooka Ball is. I was quite impressed by their patience and helpfulness. This place offers the aforementioned Bazooka Ball and a huge laser tag arena (spanning two floors!) as well as some archery thing, a large arcade with VR machines, and get this- a full bar and restaurant for the adults! Laser tag is an hour long which affords exhausted parents a chance to post up at the bar and enjoy a frosty beverage while staring mindlessly at the tv or cell phone. Price-wise, they have set packages so it isn't too bad. I wouldn't suggest buying experiences ala carte or you'll go broke. read more

My boyfriend and I have found the perfect place for a relatively low cost date night that's lots of fun! I love how there's a huge variety of games that anyone at any age or skill set can enjoy. My boyfriend is a hard core gamer while I only dabble occasionally with beginner level. Some of my favorite games are the connect four basketball shoot, Walking Dead (shooting zombies), Jurassic Park (shooting dinosaurs), and virtual bowling. So far today was the first time I also got food here. Its a great idea to have dinner or a light bite so you don't have to travel far for a good time. They have a relatively good selection on their menu that's pretty standard: sandwiches, flatbreads/pizza, salads, wings, tacos, quesadilla, and burgers. I loved how it was not all grilled food with no healthy options like I normally assume places like this would have. I actually went with salad which sounds basic and safe, but hear me out. The salad had a rather unique mix of dried cranberries almonds and brie cheese on top of spinach. The brie cheese was what sold me since I dont see this often in a casaul eatery.I had grilled chicken added to it for extra protein. The salad was fresh and delicious, though rather large but mainly on account of the spinach. At least I got a large amount of green in my diet. My boyfriend had a pepperoni flatbread which looked good and he enjoyed it. He also had a bottle of beer. They're not a full service liquor bar, but have a goid selection of beer. This place is awesome. I am very happy at how clean and organized it is. We played the laser tag which was fun and exactly what I expected in a place like this. The unlimited video games were fun and had a decent selection. Also found the food better than expected. I mean it's not like we're eating at Vern's steakhouse, it's an arcade. I read reviews people complaining about the food but I think they are ridiculous. Was very impressed how clean the floors, kitchen and game area were. Happy to see staff cleaning all the machines and food areas constantly. Found it to be a better experience than Dave and busters for a much better price. I went to Laser Ops with a group of folks from work, and we had an excellent time. We went on a Friday afternoon, and it wasn't very crowded. We were quickly led to signing waivers and were walked to the back of the arcade where some tables had been set up for us. There is a bar in the back that makes good (strong) drinks, along with a counter where you can order food. Additionally, there are some fantastic classic pinball machines in the back near the bar that I recommend you all try at least once. The games are most common arcade fare, but there are a few games that make Laser Ops unique. First, they have several VR games that put you in the middle of the action. You put on a visor, and you're given some space in which to play in. There are monitors all around the VR "arena" that allow onlookers to see what's happening in your visor and that makes it incredibly entertaining to watch. Additionally, there is a VR moving simulator that has the visors but also moves like a vehicle, so you have a nicely immersive experience. The highlight though was the laser tag arena. It can easily hold up to 30 people and there are plenty of good hiding spots in which to take cover. The rules were clearly explained, and the mechanisms easy to operate. Scoring was a little tough to see because it's on an LCD panel on the gun itself, but no one really cared about the score. Note that you will spend a lot of time moving and running and you will sweat a ton. Drink lots of water before and after your experience. We had a great time. I even purchased my own gaming card because the prices per game were really reasonable. Give this place a chance, I think you'll enjoy it. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. We came as a group to play laser tag. There was a whole team that sabotaged the game. Of the hour we paid we were only able to play for 15 min. From the onset the group of guys were extremely loud and disruptive, this disrespectful behaviour carried on long into the game, they were only properly kicked out once they started picking up parts of the arena creating an unsafe environmet.The staff turned a blind eye to their behavior only intervened once it turned into chaos that they could hardly control. At the end, they just gave us a $5 voucher, not caring enough to refund us the cost of the game. If this is not utterly patnetic then I dont know what is. Won't come back read more

This place is like a hybrid adult arcade! Great food, great time and loads of fun. The laser tag room is just out of this world. As an adult you will definitely work up a sweat while competing against other group members or teams. The only change I would suggest to the laser games would be to have the option to select your level of difficulty from easy, medium or hard. It's a great teambuilding exercise and always gives me the feeling of becoming an end of the world prepper. The staff here make every experience here memorable and always conduct themselves with a Disney spirit! I have come here ALOT in the past few months to escape the rigmarole of COVID-19. I've been here before but my experience this time was better than before. My Family and I came last friday, and Since the last time we've come they've added speakers and what appears to be lights on the outside. The lady at the front desk, lynn i believe her name was very knowledgeable about the place and could answer any of our questions and guide us to the best experience. Taquan made laser tag really fun through his energy and jokes. We did two really fun rounds in laser tag, a TDM round and a game called operation liberty, where we have to capture all of the objectives for the most amount of time. The building was a lot cleaner than expected for a childrens arcade(it doesn't smell like grease and feet, like chuck e. cheese). All of the Staff was very kind and quick to accommodate our requests. On our way out one of the staff members, I can't remember his name was inside the Hummer outside and let us take a peak inside, He was very knowledgeable (i personally think you guys should drive the car around more because it's a really cool car)and he knew a lot about the business. He spent time telling us the history of the business and exciting upcoming changes and convinced us to come back after they renovate laser tag next week. The only complaint we had last time was that the sensors on the vest wouldn't work, it's nice to see that they listen to reviews. This place gets one star for terrible customer service from the owner herself. We paid $100 for 5 people to play laser tag and when we were done we paid another $50 in game cards. We didn't realize that for there was a package deal where it would have only cost us $100 for lazer tag, game cards, and pizza. When we asked the owner about the package deal she said it was our fault we didn't see the deal. Her exact words were, "we're not hiding it from you." She's right it was right there on the board as you walked in. We were just stupid, we didn't see it and for that we paid $50 more for than we should have and she was happy to take it. We spent the whole afternoon there from 4-10:30 we ordered food at different times throughout the afternoon every order took over 1 hour to receive. There were multiple people in our party everyone had the same experience with wait time, When we approached the counter our food had still not been started.
