After the Botox treatment, I went home and a few days later, I noticed the muscle over my left eyebrow started to lift. After it didn't relax for two days, I called and the receptionist had me come in to see the doctor. So I did, and I expected an apology or some kind of comment or explanation from the doctor, but he said nothing, not even, "Oh!". Somehow, he fixed it as it went back to normal a few days later. I never went back. I had the feeling he didn't even see me as a person worthy of, "You're welcome", after I said, "Thank you."

So what... I'm paying an injector more than my lawyer or a surgeon? No thank you.

Really? Why does this place even have a kiosk? This was my second time here. My first time was a lot better, with friendlier staff and a much more efficient experience. This second visit was weird. Painfully long wait and not very friendly front staff, like they were just herding people in and out like sheep.

I arrived on time as requested and still ended up waiting until almost my original appointment time anyway. By then my entire lunch break was gone, so I asked to reschedule. When I asked if I could just book later through the app, I was told I'd be charged a no-show fee if I didn't schedule right then. If you're asked to come early, just be aware you may still be waiting.
