When I looked at other insurance approved providers they all were rated one star and had very negative comments so I readied myself to potentially deal with red tape and unpleasant people. Bowman was the exception. They had good ratings and nice comments. When I called I found out why. The lady at Bowman was so kind and caring. She made sure I got what I needed. When the delivery men showed up right on time they were jovial, professional and couldn't do enough to please me in placing the unit. The bed itself was new or indistinguishable from new and functioned perfectly. They demonstrated it and answered all my wife's questions and were not hurried or unpleasant. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if I have the need.

Been ordering from the CPAP shop since 2002, today was the worst customer service I have ever…read morereceived. The customer service had no knowledge on what to do on what appeared to be a malfunctioning web page. I could not complete the order until I finally just started clicking every possible combination of choices until the order button activated and sent the order through. Last night the ability to upload a script was not functional, but appeared to work today. Customer service was able to confirm they got the scrip, but absoultely nothing else - after waiting 45 minutes to get a response from customer service. Very clear that all customer service is trained to do it take orders, they have no training on anything else in the system. Through the web site, I had the ability to order the item through Amazon and use their no interest payment plan, customer service informed me that they did not have that ability. Waiting for machine delivery to evaluate more. Just completed this review and went back to my email, follow this timeline: 1:15 PM confirmed with Customer support via phone they had received my script. 1:30 PM Got and email my order has been received including an order number. 2:01 PM Got another email saying they did not have my script! They confirmed my Humana membership with Humana, invited me to be treated as an eye injury or disease (billing as a specialist with associated copays, coinsurance and coverage limits) but refused to provide the annual no-copay comprehensive eye exam! Very disappointing! BTW, is it not more appropriate to visit the ER or an ophthalmologist for eye injuries/diseases? Your response was not accurate. Even with VSP plan they were charging me 250 or so for the glasses. VSP recommended eyeconic.com. This time I went online and my total was 49.50. I prefer to stay local but 200 dollars more is insane. Drop your markups to something more reasonable or the online trend will continue. Response to owner I know you stated that it is driven by co pays. My copay for eyeglasses is 10 dollars. The issue is the frame and lens markups that exceed the VSP allowance by a LOT. I got the exact same glasses but a different color and I paid 200 dollars LESS online. Please take the feedback and get better instead of a response that as a businessman I know is not entirely true!!!
