Scam. This company uses a third party billing company "Universal Account Servicing, LLC". You contact them to get rates, a person texts you to set up a phone interview. You talk and then that person asks you to fill out something online and put your credit card down as a hold. And then you are signed up and you get all your bills from Universal Account Servicing. To be clear, this is trickery. There is literally a laser spa across the street, where you can pay at the register like any other legitimate business. Now I'm dealing with a "Laser Away" customer service rep and a Universal Accounts service rep. Such a hassle. read more

Thank goodness for this place. I'd been to other places and it was like a factory line with major oversell, and so impersonal. When I walked in Geneva was so welcoming and informative about the process and so friendly. The laser hair removal was painless and so quick, with my Practitioner being so informative and making sure I understood exactly what was happening and then the period of time it would take for the desired results. I then met Athena who was so personable and helped me with my next procedure. She made sure I had exactly what I needed and did not force products on me that I didn't need. Finding the proper location to have my hair removed was difficult. While conducting research because I was afraid, I discovered LaserAway. I was uncertain about setting up my appointment and had several questions. I finally persuaded myself to try it. As a result, I made an appointment to have my legs' hair removed, and everyone there is very friendly and welcoming. I received a total of 8 treatments, and I could already see after the second one that my hair was not regrowing as quickly as it formerly did. I was on my lunch break this tuesday and I was skeptical about getting botox.I decided to step in and make an appointment for a free consulation for today thursday.I felt nervous but the staff made me feel at ease.I got the botox done today and everything went well.Receptionist are very nice and helpful.They were very informative and answered all my questions. Everyone is always super friendly ( nurses and front desk) and the place is always clean and spotless. My most recent appointment I had laser hair removal and the clear and brilliant facial. No pain for the facial and just mild mild mild discomfort on certain highly sensitive areas for hair removal. They do an AMAZING job with laser hair removal and Botox here! Nothing bad to say on that end. However, the front desk girls are SO rude and pushy. I know it's their job to try and sell the packages, but I think it is inappropriate to continue to ask over and over after I decline several times. They also tried to deny me my rewards points because I wouldn't buy a more expensive package. I had to pull my account up to show the girl that I had $100 reward after she claimed several times she "didn't see anything on my account" but "would give me $100 off if I bought a package".
