Their staff lies, their lasers suck, the laser techs aren't trained well, and the results show it. If you want to pay thousands and let an untrained person go at your body with a laser, go for it. I wish I wouldn't have. First of all, I want to say that I had posted a previous review, and was told by Veronica that if I took it down, they would fix the issue. I took my review down to be cordial, and then they reneged. LaserAway does not do what they say they will. Let me start by saying my tattoo is a 4x2 inch all black tattoo which should be the easiest to remove. I was told that my tattoo would only take 6 to 8 sessions, but we should go ahead and pay for 10 just to be sure, which costed around $1600. I was told that if it didn't come off in 10 treatments, they would do what was necessary to get it off (Lie). I went to every single laser appointment. Several times, I was told by the laser tech that this was the first time she'd ever done a tattoo removal. I'm not sure if it's their equipment that sucks, or if the techs aren't experienced enough. Maybe they intentionally adjust the lasers to function on a lower setting so that the customer needs to buy additional treatments. Whatever the case, my tattoo after 10 sessions isn't even a 25% gone. They faded it just enough for it to look lousy. It's worse than when I started. It's still here, only now it looks like a badly done tattoo. Before session 9, I talked to Veronica about my tattoo being still very much visible. She said that they're still learning about the process and that maybe mistakes were made. She said, QUOTE "The squeaky wheel doesn't get the grease", and said that if I pulled down my review, they would give me a complimentary 3 pack and sell me an additional package for next to nothing (Lie). As soon as I pulled down my review, they didn't do what they said. I can tell you you that their laser work is sub-par. They don't do what they say, and their techs don't seem experienced enough to get the job done. I posted a pic after 10 sessions. AWFUL company. As a college student, I made it very clear to your representative that I could not afford such a financial burden, yet she continued to pressure and sell me a loan. (yes a loan! for laser???) To make matters worse, she failed to inform me that it was non-refundable, which I find to be a deceitful and unethical business practice. I feel taken advantage of and deceived by your company's aggressive and sneaky sales tactics. I have not received any treatments, and there is absolutely no reason why I should not be refunded in full. I am not only frustrated but extremely angry. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will not hesitate to take legal action and expose your company for the unethical practices you engage in. I've been getting laser treatments every 6 weeks in my underarm and bikini area and the results are absolutely amazing! After the second treatment, I saw a significant difference in both the thickness and amount of hair in those regions. Every treatment I see better results, to the point where I don't even remember how to shave anymore! Every treatment lasts about 15 minutes. However, The last couple treatments I received were extremely harsh on my skin - I told the nurses several times prior to each session that it was too hot and leaving burns on my face but I guess that didn't matter. I've been to LaserAway 3 times now. I'm a mom of 3 and 45 and, well, there are some things that just don't pop back after having 3 kids (and being of a certain age). I've done cool sculpting on my flanks 1x and upper and lower abdominal areas 1x and definitely can tell a reduction in "girth" by about 20%. 6 out of 12 areas in progress. I'm looking forward to my next sessions to really get that flat belly and waistline I've been working so hard for. Today I went in to get Thermage done on my face and neck. I already feel and look tightened and I can't wait to watch the plumpness return to my aging face over the next few months (lasts 7 years!) I'm all about aging naturally, but these treatments are non-invasive and very effective. Once I complete my sessions I will update this post with my before and afters photos so you can see the results. Next week I went back and the whole consultation was nothing but an upsell. I was told that all the estheticians were licensed nurse practitioners and while under the laser mine flat out told me she was not. Finally the IPL did absolutely nothing and I was treated like garbage by the front desk staff. No eye contact and I felt like an inconvenience. I will not be returning. read more
