They asked me to confirm my appointment several times during the week of the appointment. They asked again at 8am the day of the appointment, and then sent a text an hour later saying they were over booked and asked if I could move my appointment by 6 hours. They offered to give me an add on. When I arrived at the new time, fifteen min early as they requested.... They took my payment for my service before if was even performed. I never had that happen before at a med spa. Then it was a full hour before they actually took me back to start my treatment. I came trying to get the five in one special that they had for new patients. They asked me multiple times when I was booking my appointment if I had any allergies and I explained that I was allergic to vitamin C. Well, it turns out that that five in one has vitamin C in it. So all in all they just wasted my time. They were not punctual. And were very unprofessional from beginning to end. I never got an explanation as to why they booked me while knowing my allergy. I never got an apology. Even during the consultation, I reiterated that I was allergic to vitamin C and she never said anything about the five and one having vitamin C in it. Luckily, the sweet girl that was going to do my treatment was the only one that advocated for me the whole place had a very disingenuous and gimmicky vibe from beginning to end. read more

I had initially signed up but then saw their promotion was a consultation that you actually pay for without much service plus they want money to make the appointment. I have been a member for 2 years at Novuskin Frisco. The first year was great. Great service. Nice people. Great treatments. It was easy to schedule and I tried all kinds of treatments. But I just signed a new 1 year contract in February and I did a treatment then but I have not been able to get in until July for my second treatment. Now I have a crazy schedule and it limits me to weekends only. And so I can make an appointment but if I need to reschedule it's at least 5 - 6 weeks out for weekends only. And for Botox. You better schedule for the year and for now they have no nurse for Botox treatments until after June 30th and then she's out another weekend or 2 in July. So, if you are really busy or your schedule changes frequently I strongly suggest you look for another place. I have found several places closer to me now but unfortunately I have $1300.00 tied up with Novuskin. Great treatments but zero flexibility. read more

Confirmation that you did have my information in your system is my receiving both a call and email from your branch manger Sarah.(Sarah was professional and I appreciate HER response to the situation) however the rest of the team is in need of customer service training. Should've read the reviews first. I booked an appointment excited to try this place out. They sent a lot of confirmation emails, which was fine I even confirmed the day before and the morning of through their link and text. I have screenshots. But right before my appointment, they told me it was canceled because I "didn't confirm." Even after I showed proof, they said I could come the next day but I had already taken time off for that day. 1-Star Review Warning: Novuskin Medspa lacks compassion when it matters most. A little over a month ago, I received unexpected medical news that required weekly doctor visits and made money tight. I called Novuskin to explain my situation and asked to pause my membership temporarily until I could get back on my feet. Instead of understanding, they told me they still needed at least half of a payment and wouldn't consider helping until I paid. I felt dismissed and disappointed--especially when I was only asking for 2-3 months to sort things out. They also advertise "free gifts" that actually come with hidden fees, something they don't mention until problems arise. Later, my mom and I visited another medspa where she was getting a treatment. After hearing my situation, the staff showed incredible kindness and compassion. My mom paid for me to get a service there, and I actually saw a difference in my skin right away, I was so emotional I cried, and so did my mom. The women at that spa hugged us and assured us I was in good hands. That's how people should be treated, especially when facing health issues. Novuskin Medspa showed me they care more about payments than people. Be cautious if you're going through anything unexpected, they may not offer the flexibility or empathy you need. read more

Never even made it to the appointment because they canceled on me at the last minute. After calling me and texting me multiple times a day for over a week I had to tell them to stop calling me. It was extremely annoying. They require you to do a final confirmation an hour before your appointment except they called and texted me 2 hours before, when I was not available and could not respond, they canceled. I confirmed this appointment at least 3-4 times during the week but those don't count apparently. Don't sign up for an appointment or you will be harassed by their marketing team. It is horrible business to cancel on people at the last minute. Just don't do this. It's not worth the frustration and from reading other reviews sounds like a ploy to get you in to sell you on an expensive plan anyways. read more
