Would not recommend this business at all. Cancellation is written clearly on their website. Called them to verify and they even sent a text along with email confirmation with time stamped. I went to this place in 2018. I bought it on promo because they were newly opened and establishing business. I paid $$$ and received a horrible half azz brazillian and underarms. The technician was shy and sporadic with her movements. I, myself, am a registered nurse who has performed LHR on thousands of people. She did random zaps in an awkward unorganized pattern, did not do the labia majora at all and it lasted all of 10 mins. I've called this company so many times since begging, pleading then demanding my money back. No response. "Management unavailable. They will call you back.", no corporate...complete loss. They offered to do the session again after i said i wasn't comfortable with 1 of 2 people they had at the time. From the pics, it appears that the technician is still there. I thought by now they would have new/more technicians. So since then I asked them to finish the package i bought so that I receive SOMETHING for my money. To this day, still no response. I was searching the place with diode laser and have found one close to my house. Skin med spa was a good choice. Stuff is so friendly and nice. Negin was my tech.She is nice, quick, and care about your comfort. She was constantly asking how am I feeling, is it itchy or not? I am very sensitive person. It was just a touch up which should be done once a year. Before all my treatments (more than 10) were done at Candela GentleMax Pro and my body was mostly hair free. But after doing the treatment at Skin Med Spa my hair began to grow. They ruined my results which were so good for the last two years. Now I have to go again and spend money on the laser. I kindly asked about the refund cause this is absolutely unfair deal. The manager refused and said they have no refund policy. The only thing I can tell: their laser is not a good one. I wish I could give zero stars. Communicated with Romana via email and explained I had Groupons for the three services I was booking. I purchased one Groupon and 2 were given to me as gifts. I was clear I had Groupons (plural) and she gave zero statements about Groupon restrictions that would allow me to only use one. I show up early to my appointment, having pre-filled out all of the required documentation, and am told they will only honor one Groupon. I'm obviously not ok with this because I have three Groupons and you cannot return Groupons given as gifts. I waited ~20 minutes for Romana to come back to the office only for her to look at me and say there's nothing she can do and I should call Groupon to take it up with them. Meanwhile, her front desk staff said a simple solution would be to just create two sub accounts under my name and apply one Groupon on each. Romana said she couldn't do that because "Groupon would check". This is a terrible excuse - Groupon was paid by three different people for the vouchers, why would they not allow them to be used? I spent 20 minutes chatting with Groupon and just as I suspected, Groupon would not return the gifts, only the one I purchased ($750). I would never do business with this establishment as they clearly don't care about their customers. Telling me Groupon will only let you use one voucher is a lie. Groupon allows for gifts of services and they are purchased by other members, therefore the vendor gets paid for each and every purchase. The real reason she didn't want to honor the other vouchers is because she said she "only gets 40% of the cost from Groupon". If you don't like what Groupon is paying you, take it up with Groupon or cancel your offers through Groupon rather than providing a TERRIBLE customer experience so you can make more money. Be very careful before booking with them. They are clearly only out for themselves and their bottom line, which leads me to believe they are cutting costs elsewhere and you could be at risk for issues with services as a result. read more

As a licensed senior laser technician myself, I am very cautious about who I trust with my skin (and I've seen first hand some really shady practices!) I'm on my third treatment with Amanda (McKinney location) and she has been so wonderful. For reference, I have a light complexion with redness and pigmentation on my face, neck and chest, so we have been doing a monthly IPL. She has been very cautious with my skin and knows how to make the right adjustments to get the job done safely. I had a great first visit at Skin! The facility is extremely clean and upscale and you can tell that the team is really proud of their state of the art equipment. I signed up for their monthly membership package which allows me to get laser treatment and a hydra facial every month. They also have skin tightening which I'll probably try. Today I got laser on my face and arms. As someone who's been getting laser treatment for over 10 years I can tell you that skin's machine is amazing - I barely felt anything! The technician I had (Cassie) was thorough and made the appointment super comfortable. I moved here from the SF Bay Area last week and was overdue for Botox. I arrived and was greeted very kindly. Ramona was my Botox injector. She made me feel so happy when she opened the door and saw my face and said wow your skin is beautiful!!! and seemed happily perplexed as to why I was getting Botox. (I've always taken care of my skin very seriously since 26.) We discussed my current concerns and went with it! She understood exactly how I felt about every little line and crease :) She is very knowledgeable & extremely easy to talk to. I can't wait to see my results! I've been a client for this place for more than a year and today is the last day that I go. I've never been treated with such disrespect and unprofessionalism since I moved to TX. I had an appointment today and called because I was unfortunately going to be 5-10 minutes late. I was only 9 minutes late and sent a message, because of COVID they are not allowing people to go to their offices until is your turn. Nobody responded. I went inside and they told me that I haven't called or texted, that I was late and it was not possible to see me today. I showed proof that I've been waiting outside and then they believed me. I didn't receive an apology for the insults and the way I was treated. I said that I wanted a refund since they were going to make me wait an extra 30 minutes because they decided to service somebody with a later appointment. The tone and the way they treated me was apalling. They said that the manager, Romana, was the only one allowed to do refunds and that she was not there. I asked for her to call her (since they don't answer phone calls usually- I saw myself trying to call and not getting an answer) . They said no. I asked the lady what was her name: she said no, I don't want to give you my name. She even said that if I've been coming here for a year then I should know her name (WTH). As I was leaving with nothing left to do I asked her if she had my number for Romana to call me and she said no. How was she going to call me back without any of my information? I don't know. I left my phone number and asked her for the 7th time her name , and since somebody else came into the room she finally said Sarah. By the way, she told me if I needed her to spell her name ( a little racist- because I have an accent). I will never ever recommend this place again! read more

I went here last Saturday to get hair removal on my chin but the laser representative had the setting up so high that i have burn marks on my face which i am beyond upset about. I called to speak with the manager Romana who apologized and stated the representative shouldnt have set it so high so she informed me to put neosporin on my burn marks to help but its been almost 7 days with no progress. This place is AMAZING. I've been getting botox for 10 years and have gone to the same place for the last 8. When it comes to injectables, it's important to feel comfortable and confident in your injector. The injector makes ALL the difference in the experience and the end result. As someone who is called thorough and incredibly particular, this place took my treatments from multiple touch ups (previous clinic) to well done from the start because of how knowledgeable and skilled she is!
