Receiving this kind of reply after being a client for years was - and is - to this day, extremely confusing and disheartening. I thought my age might have something to do with it, but found from another business that offers the same services, that shouldn't have been a problem. I figured calling them probably would have been a waste of time. I wrote this review only because I don't think anyone should be treated so unprofessionally like I was treated.
