This is the worst shipping company. My package got missing after it got to the warehouse twice.

My package said it was delivered and it never was. It was a valuable non replaceable item. When I contacted the company they closed my case and marked it as "lost". I know the 28214 LaserShip location is here and one of these drivers has or stole my package. I want this to be resolved! read more

Every single time I see this company name pop up as delivering my packages, I just know I won't get it or it take longer then end up "missing". If I had known that Sephora used such a sketchy delivery service, I would never have ordered online. It was supposed to be delivered 5/27/21. I live in a secure building, so if you don't have the door code, and the office is not open to let you in, and you don't call the person to come down & get their package, it's thrown back on the truck for the next day. I contacted customer service what the problem was, and gave them my phone number. Again, the driver came at the crack of dawn, before 7am and could not get in. Then my package is returned to the facility for me to pick up. I contacted customer service again, and they asked if I wanted to pick it up or try redelivery. I said, I'll pick it up. She said ok. Zero Stars or negative stars if possible. Out of all the delivery companies that deliver to my house they are the only ones that can't seem to find their way. I give them directions constantly and they will finally deliver to a random house 3 weeks later and say they can't help me because it was delivered and I wed to call the store I ordered from. The house picture they take isn't even a house near my house or resemble a house that could be in my area. They also love to use the excuse that they can't deliver because my business is closed but then send me a picture of a random rundown home. The absolute worst company possible. In the last year I have had 20 packages that they are suppose to deliver and I have only received one of them. The rest I always have to call and get a refund. They are complete thieves!!! read more

I don't usually leave reviews but I HAVE to leave one this time. LaserShip "Lost" three of my packages in the same month. One of which ABSOLUTELY ruined Christmas. The tracking was rarely updated. Packages would get to Charlotte and then just "disappear." If you look online, multiple people in Charlotte and across the country have the same experience. There was even a news story on it!I've LITERALLY stopped shopping at the retailers I know that use LaserShip as a carrier. If your package is coming via LaserShip, just go on and get your refund. Your merchandise may very well be at a package handlers house or in the abyss somewhere... read more

On top of that, they put the package right on top of my FLOWERS! They even left refrigerated items by my mailbox, on top of my flowers!! I had two packages that have not arrived as the company said they had. I don't like that you cannot place a claim, nor do they take pictures to show proof that there was the delivery. I don't understand why companies are continuing to use them. I don't like that you can't file a claim With them, you have to go back to the shipper who then ties your hands to do an investigation on the receipt of your packages. They claim that they made an "attempt" to deliver my package stating that they were unable to complete the delivery. Costumer service asked me to provide all access, key or gate codes, but there are none. I ordered some items from Amazon and paid for same day delivery in the early morning of 7/28/2017. I chose same day delivery because I had weekend plans that required the use of these items. Amazon's terms are to expect the package before 9 P.M on delivery date. So early in the day all is well. I see Lasership is handling my package. Ok. Never heard of them. But Amazon wouldn't partner with anyone that couldn't fulfill my delivery efficiently and competently, right ?? I'm checking my package progress and the items were indicated to have been "loaded onto vehicle" at 4:43 P.M. Cool. 4:53..." Out for delivery to recipient." I get home around 6 P.M and start getting everything ready for my weekend plans. 7 P.M arrives. 8 PM arrives. 8:30 arrives. At this point I'm a little concerned. But I've ordered Tons of items from Amazon and I've never had an issue. So I should be good ? I decided to hop online and read up on Lasership. I come across the reviews. Google. Yelp. . So now I'm WORRIED, Concerned, and getting a little upset as 9 p.m approaches. Would Amazon Really partner with such a company? Only the folks with angry visceral experiences leave the those nasty negative review, RIGHT ? Surely Lasership delivers multitudes of packages and the small percentage that end up not being on time have very very and angry reviewers that flames them ... right. These horrible experiences I'm reading will Not be MY experience. I tried to convince myself as 9:00 passed. 9:20. I'm searching for a number to call Lasership. There isn't one. I fill out an online web form on their website. I don't get a confirmation email acknowledging that I left a complaint and needed to be contacted. And as I sat on my balcony... as I had been waiting for the package to arrive and was going to be an active participant in making sure I saw the delivery driver and help him find me.... I realized that the exact narrative the reviews described have just happened to me.... in perfect sequence. I call Amazon. The customer svc Rep is enthusiastic and sympathetic... but I ask her outright if there is a caseload, record or complaints, or other system for tracking the actual end user experience with this last mile shipper b/c they are falsely reporting Packages as Delivered... Which on paper seems to fulfill their Amazon to commitment. She couldn't answer the question. I urged her to use her personal cell phone and look at all the anguish and Inconvenience caused by using Lasership. ... she issues me a refund for what I paid in Same Day Shipping. I don't know if my complaints went anywhere. When I speak to Amazon again... as they've yet to track down the package ... I'll be sure to speak with a supervisor and voice my concerns. If I could give them negative stars, I would. For MONTHS, I have been getting packages through them. They always say they attempted delivery, but that they were unable. Yet they have in fact NOT attempted delivery. I always have to email them & threaten to contact news stations. Then MAGICALLY the next day, my package is delivered. This time, however, they sent my package back. There is no way to speak with a person at their company. I have requested a manager contact me EIGHT times now. The only response I get is them telling me that I need to contact my seller - which I do not know what the shipment is/where it is from, because I make it a point to NOT purchase from companies that use them. Yes, it's that bad... I purposefully do not purchase from places that use them for shipping. LaserShip is absolutely, hands down the worst company with the worst customer service. I had never heard of this company until they were supposed to deliver a package I placed from Anthropologie. According to their site my package was delivered to my front door on 2/27/19 at 2pm. My sister was home, never heard any vehicle pull up. My dog would've went nuts if he heard a vehicle pull up and someone came near the door. I truly believe based off these other reviews my package was never delivered. I contacted LaserShip they claimed they would investigate. Anthropologie gave me my money back but it sucks because the item can only be ordered online. Let me start this off with THIS COMPANY IS TRASH. I want to leave less than 1 star. When I recently ordered from Nike, I was a bit concerned when I saw lasership as the delivery service. This is because I'd never heard of Lasership, nor witnessed delivery by them prior to this interaction. Now I expect to get shoes from Nike after about a week normally, so when the expected date ended up being 3 days later...I was pretty excited. Everything was gravy up until delivery time. Yesterday 1/26 was the delivery date. I check my package status and for some reason it's reading delivery attempt made. Now due to COVID, I've been fortunate so work from home, so if a package is being delivered...I'll be here for it. I look further into the details and they say more info required, so I call them to check into this. The rep advises I need to confirm my address and they'll go back to trying to make the route. I wait around all day and nothing, so I call back. The rep now states that they'll be there definitely the following day. Guess what, it's 1/27 and I now have a message stating my package has been lost and I need to contact Nike. How can that be possible. On 1/26 it said package loaded on vehicle and then a minute later, it was attempted delivery made. Just seems odd. I then called in and asked to speak with a rep, and because the reps basically work as a call center...that was no help. She couldn't get me to a manager, she couldn't tell me anything about the package, it was just follow up with Nike. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't ever both with this company. The reviews seem to be true. They either simply don't care to deliver your package, or the drivers are scoping out the boxes and keeping what they think might have some goods. read more

Thankfully what I ordered was a small order but fashion nova will need to stop using this lackluster company for their delivery service. I ordered something about a week before august 30th so I can ensure it will be here by a vacation trip on the 3 of September 2021 for my friends bachelorette party. Fashion nova always been quick so I didn't think to worry. However. When it said it was to arrive on the 30th and the 1st of September came, I was confused. I tracked it and it basically said laser had it at the facility in charlotte on the 30th waiting to be delivered. Being I only had a day left to get it, I contacted laser to get it picked up and just end it. Especially when I started to read terrible reviews. I contacted customer service and was surprised when she informed me that I couldnt pick it up because it hasnt arrived.....what....the email easily stated it was at the facility days ago so I was confused. She continued to give me vague info by stating when it's there I can pick it up and she will notify the team. I continued to press the fact I needed it soon and would call tomorrow. She said ok. There were other people home all day and no one heard any knock or pull up. Emailed them and received an automated response. Called as soon as they opened and sat waiting for almost thirty minutes so left a voice mail and emailed them once again. 5 hours later and no response. Absolutely terrible experience. I was supposed to receive something on March 18th and used my tracking number on March 19th to find a "delivery exception". I had to deal with their live-chat feature and was guaranteed delivery on March 20th. I was notified by the seller on March 21st that my shipment had been deliberately destroyed on March 20th. I filed a complaint with the BBB (yes, I know, it's Yelp for old people). Someone calling himself Kevin called me on March 25th and promised he would look into exactly why my package was delayed on the 18th and 19th and said he would send a gift card my way. Today is April 9th and I have received no answers, no gift card, and no package. You can't call and talk to a person, and whatever offshore agency they use for their live-chat has a pretty significant language barrier, so they can't help either. I wonder how many companies have lost business because of LaserShip. UPDATE: I spoke with someone else at Customer Service, "Virginia". If I spoke to anyone at my job the way she spoke to me during our entire conversation, I would be fired. She asked what my issue is and would not let me complete more than five words before interrupting me. She just kept saying "Why do you care?", sighing, and saying things like "Unbelievable" and "Wow". I would have been happy to explain to her why I was calling and why I cared, but she didn't let me finish a sentence! I purchased a pair of Nikes on the SNKRS app on 6/17/21, they have been in Charlotte since June 20, today is now June 28 and still no package. An "exception" occurred. I caught the LaserShip van on my ring a few days ago, two people searching around the van, they ended up closing the van door and leaving without dropping any package. UPDATE: Now today, 6/29/21, the package has been updated as "lost". It seems LaserShip has a Nike thief on their payroll. This is unacceptable and disgusting. I'm absolutely furious.
