They constantly dump packages at our community's front gate or in a common area, like a bench at our clubhouse instead of delivering to individual addresses...too stupid or too lazy I guess! Not sure why Amazon and other vendors use this third rate courier service but our USPS mail person is returning all their packages with postage due, that should teach them a lesson! I would give no stars if possible. This company must truly hire thieves to deliver their packages. I ordered $228 worth of clothes from Fashion Nova that this company "confirms" were delivered. I have cameras and indeed there was never a delivery truck in sight in the Sunday they claim the items were delivered. After several emails back and forth and a nasty "customer service representative" encounter I'm out my money and items. I order online weekly and have never had any issues. I opened a PayPal dispute, they called LaserShip directly and they lied and confirmed the package was delivered to my door. I would give zero stars if I could. I got an email that my Instapot was delivered but there was nothing at the door. Knowing sometimes delivery times get mixed up I waited another day to see if it would turn up...nope. Unfortunately a picture wasn't provided so I had no way of doing any investigations as there are 8 units with the same number as mine but in different buildings. They have dumped multiple stacks of packages in front of a pool gate at Catalina Isles (33908) and mark them as delivered to "mailroom." we have no mailroom and a pool gate is NOT a mailroom. They get one star because a rating is required. They delivered my package to someone else. They provided the seller with a proof of delivery pic. It wasn't my house. The seller told me to contact Lasership. I did. I was told it was delivered, they know I didn't receive it and to contact the seller. No apology, no attempt to investigate and no acknowledgement of their error. Their attitude and tone suggested I did receive it. I guess they figure they did their job by delivering it, even though it was to someone else. Poorly. They did their job poorly with no regard for the customer. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. After reading other reviews, this is a common practice with this company. They deliver (hopefully they do) to the wrong address and swear it was delivered to you. Other reviewers have cameras; no delivery made to their home. Photos of delivered items at wrong residence. On six occasions, Nespresso coffee attempted to ship coffee to me. Once the shipments got to Fort Myers, Florida, LaserShip took possession of each shipment/package. None of the six (6) deliveries were received! I contacted the company, by phone. They "investigated" and each time stated package(s) were correctly delivered and I should contact the sender. For the first 5 shipments, they showed proof of delivery with a "Google arial view" of my street which is about 3 blocks long. With each complaint, I was told "Driver said he delivered" perhaps he did but not to me! The last shipment, which also went to a wrong address included a picture of a door--not mine as the color of the building and door were totally different (my bldg is white the one pictured was blue). It took me nearly half a day to track down the door and welcome mat based on building and door color. When I found the door and rug in picture--no one was home and the package was gone. I reported all this to customer service and I told them the address of the door in picture. I was told they would investigate and get back to me within 2-3 business days. After their investigation, I received an email stating how sorry they were; however, regardless of my comment on door and building colors, their records reflected the driver delivered to correct address. To date LaserShip has NOT COMPLETED a single delivery to my unit. In summary, over the course of 2 months and 6 shipments, none were ever delivered to the correct address. As for their physical address listed on the internet -- facility does not exist. The address does exist but the address is an empty space between a roofing company and a gutter company. Absolutely the worse company ever -- deserve less than a one star rating. Recommend you not use them! read more

OMG - the worst for getting anything delivered. Hello Fresh uses them for deliveries. I live out on a dirt road in the country. The service does not drive down my road to deliver my Hello Fresh box. Lasership is the worst delivery company as stated by other reviews. They claimed that they delivered a package to my gated community. However, they lied twice. They never came to my community. I paid for express delivery from Sephora and didn't get it because of Lasership's incompetence. I had to go drive to their warehouse to pick up my package because they couldn't go to my gate and deliver. Not sure how they deliver anywhere in SW Florida since there are a lot of gated communities. I went in and told the woman at the warehouse that their driver is incompetent. She said that it wasn't a driver....well then who was it??!!?!?!?! Terrible experience. Had to sit on the phone Friday, Monday and today and had to go drive to get my package. Ridiculous.
