The place is so zen and meditative. It's located in the Westchester area of LA on a street full of small businesses. There's metered parking outside and I usually have no issues finding parking on the street. So let's get back to the zen factor, shall we? So you walk into a chill, relaxed vibe. It's a small waiting area but you're not waiting long because each time I've gone, they're usually running no more than 5 mins behind (or early). They're not pushy with products and trying to up sell you add-on services. They're very thorough with their approach. Bekah reviewed the questionnaire I completed and also asked questions to clarify a few items. Based on that, she made recommendations. Services I've had at Rising Willow: Brazilian sugaring, forest meadow facial. I've also bought a few products as well from the Blissoma line they carry. To sum it all up...it's a win for me! I've also gone to the owner who seems to really know what she's doing. If I had rated this place based on those two women I probably would have given it five stars. However I have now gone twice on a Sunday. To the same girl which is honestly my mistake. The first time she threaded my eyebrows so thin there was barely anything left and then tried to cover them up with tint and it looked really awful, I cried when I got home. I spent the entire summer growing them out and went back given one bad moment shouldn't erase years of going there. I explained to her what happened last time so she went the very opposite direction. My eyebrows look like thick straight caterpillars straight across. They actually looked fine after she threaded because I was honestly very nitpicky this time given our last experience. The tint is insane. She could tell I wasn't happy and she told me that I could always just try another place. Noted. I even got really nervous for the kid next to me who came in and he had obviously never done it before and he said I have a picture to show you what I want and she responded why would I need a picture. Now after looking at the reviews I see I'm not the only person who has had an experience like this with this woman. Saw that Be Relax was an option on my Priority Pass. Checked in on the waiting list. It was a 40 minute wait, so I walked and got a snack at Gameway. Signed for manicure and a spa massage chair for my husband. My manicure with a pale pink with a shimmer looked so soft and polished. Perfect for my nephew's weekend wedding. I've never had a manicure in an airport before, but it was perfect. Love the quick drying polish. Thanks to Be Relax for this great perk. A nice way to relax at LAX.

The Polish Change plus hand massage was pretty tempting but the only staffer who handled those was about to end her shift. Instead, I selected the 30-min Be Back chair massage and it turned out to be the same treatment that guy was getting when I walked in. It was more comfortable and relaxing than expected. The employee makes sure you like the heat settings and the massage strength and it was the best time I've ever experienced waiting for a plane to depart.
