But I found them after I resorted to temporarily using a western brand that was more expensive and more sucky until an Amazon delivery saved me. Yes, they do have sunscreen here. And I was so tempted to buy it because I've not seen it before and it looked great. But at home, I literally have tubes of suncreen, so I decided not to. But for ABers, they have some pretty legit brands here: Sulwhasoo, OHUI, HIstory of Whoo, Isa Knox, Sansim, etc. They have skincare (toners, creams, face masks, etc.) and makeup (cushions, BB creams, lip sticks), but there's more skincare products than makeup. The associate here was awesome. There was no one else in the store when I went in and she greeted me, but not in the over-eager way. She was knowledgeable about the products and informed me they do eyelash extensions and brows here. When I told her I was just browsing, she actually left me alone to browse, which was great. Instead of showing understanding, I was threatened with a late cancellation fee. When I tried to reschedule, I was told that I could only book with the same lash technician. I provided the dates and times that I was available, but they informed me that she had no openings. Rather than offering another technician or helping me find a reasonable solution, they told me I would still need to pay the cancellation fee. Penalizing a sick client for acting responsibly and trying to protect others is unacceptable. The lack of flexibility and customer service was very disappointing. I would not recommend this studio based on how this situation was handled.
