I am an old high school friend of the owner Luisabel and in high school she would always do our hair and makeup before we'd go out. She is passionate about everything esthetic-makeup and hair included. I just knew my niece would be in good hands this afternoon as she prepped for her prom debut. It affected my self esteem as it was very visible and people would often point it out and tell me it looked like I was getting a stye. To be honest, It is actually unsafe to provide your residential address via text to a person You've have never met nor spoken to. Why should I feel safe giving her my full address via text to simply confirm if she service my area? Is it because she has an Instagram page and a Yelp page with no reviews? That means I should feel safe? Lol. She could have easily said if she serviced Coral Springs or not. Why do you need my full address before you can even confirm if you service the area? I literally gave you the area, Coral Springs 33067 right next to Forest Glenn Middle School. Either you service the area or you don't. I do this with every contractor that serviced me or my home. This includes all of my housekeepers, hair stylists, my nail tech, my tanner, car washers, and my pet groomers. I've never had an issue. No one ever felt unsafe for someone taking precautions with giving out their address before confirming if you can even service them. She was just salty I didn't feel comfortable giving her my full address. Oh well, her loss because I'm a cool client :) No hard feelings but I would not recommend because she doesn't have customer service, doesn't allow her clients to take safety precautions nor does she know anything about business. If she did, she would have handled that differently. You never know who you're servicing.
