I would gladly give five stars if I could rate Michelle independently, as I've always had great experiences with her. Unfortunately, she was out of town, and I needed an urgent appointment for an event the next day, so I booked online with any available technician. I received both a confirmation text and email stating that my appointment was scheduled with Adriana. I planned my entire afternoon around this appointment and brought my 11-month-old son, keeping him up well past his nap so he would sleep during the service. When I arrived, the door was locked and no one answered the phone. I waited outside for about 20 minutes with my sleeping baby before someone Karolina (maybe the owner?) responded via text. She informed me she was out of the country, then provided Adriana's phone number. When I called Adriana, she said she was in Sunrise and did not have an appointment scheduled with me and hung up on me. This was very disappointing and stressful, especially given the planning involved and having a baby with me. There also seems to be a disconnect between the online booking system and technician availability. I hope the scheduling process can be improved so this doesn't happen to other clients. I would still return to see Michelle in the future, but will not be using their online booking system again! read more

I am so happy I found Adriana! I'm super picky about my lashes looking natural, high quality and a bit glam and she nailed it on the first try! Already booked my fill:) She made sure there were no clumps, the lashes on my inner corners are the perfect length so they don't bend when i open my eyes and they feel light as a feather. Overall 4/5 I had Deborah and she did an amazing job! Love my new lashes! She was great at educating me about the different curls and lengths of lashes. I got a natural more cat eye look. The decor was cute with lots of pink! I think maybe they should put their prices somewhere on the walls and maybe show before and after pics of different types of curls/styles so clients can see what each would look like. I trusted Deborah to fix me up and she did great though! The only reason why I didn't give it 5 was due to cleanliness. I do not think they switch out the towels that clients lay on after every use. I saw leftover lashes from the previous client on the sheets/towels. Other than that, I love her work! I'll be back for my fill! I have before and after pics. read more

I found this little gem of a spot on Groupon and my son purchased my first set of classic lashes (for my birthday back in April) with Michelle. I was very pleased with her work and personality. Terribly disappointed. My lashes came out looking thin and scrawny. When I said that I was not happy, the technician told me that I paid a very cheap price and I got what I paid for. No one had ever told me that the thickness of the lashes depended on what they charged me. They actually matched a Groupon. The technician did offer to add more lashes if I waited an hour until she finished another client and paid her an additional $35.00. I would have paid her but I could not wait for her to finish another client. In fact, she was 20 minutes late for my appointment to begin with. I would never recommend this place. By the way, someone from the company was going to contact me when they had time, but she never called me or made any effort to correct the situation. I now have one eye with no lashes at all and the other one has a few lashes on my eye. So disgusted with this company . read more

My lash experience at Lash Secret was beyond HORRIBLE. My lashes were initially applied by a lash tech who had little training. My lashes were glued directly to my eyelid! It was very uncomfortable, painful and kept me awake the very first nite. I contacted the owner in the middle of the nite as I was scared for the safety of my vision. Owner told me to see a 2nd lash tech who confirmed that Lash tech #1 had little training and a lot of unhappy clients. Lash tech 2 did not have time to fix the disaster created by lash tech #1, so made me a new appointment to return. This lash tech then canceled appointment after appointment at the last minute...sometimes only 30 minutes before we were scheduled to meet. I finally called the owner, who refused to accept any responsibility for a job poorly done. She instead said I would not get any type of refund. I reminded her of the detailed emails, texts and phone calls I sent her thru my negative experience, along with pictures of my destroyed lashes. She hung up on me and then refused to answer any more of my calls. PLEASE read reviews before u go someplace new, especially when it comes to something so important and delicate as your eyes!!!! read more

Worst lashes ever! I've been getting fake lashes now on and off for two years locally, this by far was my worst experience. I got my lashes done today and there is glue everywhere.. my boyfriend and I have been using pick ups ( a surgical tool) to try to get the clumps of glue off near my eyes.. The lashes feel cheap, and they just look ok... not good or great! And I say ok because I have fuller longer lashes than when I went it. However, the placement lacks skill and an artistic eye. I'm really disheartened because I was looking for something closer to where I live and at a decent price point. This is just not worth it. I've gotten me lashes done from west palm to Jupiter and hands down the best is lashes by Susan ( I have already called there to fix my lashes). My lash specialist was nice and that's probably the only positive thing I have to say about this place. It's stuffy, you share rooms, I could literally hear every conversation each person was having with their specialist. I have a fill left and I'm just going to eat the cost because it's not worth the cheap poorly placed lashes. If you do come here: first off I hope you have better results and second request a seasoned lash specialist because the last thing you want to do is ruin your real lashes ( it sounds like per previous reviews Petra and karolina are the people to go to) I had Alby as my specialist. read more

I have had an awesome experience here. I was skeptical at first because I heard that your natural lashes get damaged after having lash extensions. That is not at all the case. I definitely love having the extensions and you can have natural or dramatic lashes that last at least 3-4 weeks. I've been going to Petra and she is amazing! All lash extensions are a bit pricey but worth it when you don't have to worry about putting on perfect make everyday and still like a million bucks :) read more

I received a Groupon certificate as a gift, I arrived just before Christmas to have procedure done. I arrived at my scheduled time to be told they just left a message on my cell phone stating they were running late...it would have been more helpful to receive that message prior to my appointment time, not when arriving. I had the lashes applied and they looked great for the next two days. Within a week every lash had fallen out despite my being EXTREMELY careful and following the instructions given. My certificate included a free fill-in, however there was nothing to fill - a complete waste of money. I'm not sure if it was an issue with the tech applying them or the quality of products used. I bought a Groupon to get my lashes done, as I have done in the past. Last year, I got them done twice by Petra. She was AMAZING!! My lashes lasted for weeks and looked glamourous. However, I recently went back to get them done again. Petra has left the salon so I scheduled and appointment with Zuny. She scammed me. She told me that she could not do what I wanted BECAUSE I purchased a Groupon, even though the Groupon promised a 60, 80, or 120 piece lash set. I asked her how many lashes she was going to put on my eyes instead, and she responded "I don't have time to count." My eyelash extensions looked scrawny and hardly noticeable. Glueing on eyelashes from Ulta would have been a better choice. My left eye had more lashes than the right. My lashes lasted me about one week. The reason I got them was so I could look good for my graduation photoshoot, and they didn't even last long enough to make it to the shoot. Zuny was incredibly rude and I was incredibly disappointed. Waste of time and money. Never going back. I will take my business somewhere else, and you should too. read more

I am very upset over the services that I received from this salon. I guess when things start bad they end bad. I started with a text from the tech doing my lashes 2 hours before my appointment requesting that she push back my appointment 30 mins, so she could move. Then the lashes that were done began falling off the very next day. The very next day I looked like I had patch work done on my lashes, it was/is horrible. When notifying the tech of my situation I was told that she used sensitive glue and that she would be out of town for a week and she would contact me for an appointment to fix them. My eyelashes still haven't been fix and the owner FINALLY responds with "at this point I can only offer you about 20 lashes" Stating that I used a Groupon for the services, of which I did NOT...Very disappointing....... I bought a Groupon to try lashes for myself and my daughter. I took the upgrade and am very glad I did. I am happy with my lashes and will be going back to keep them up. My daughter got the regular "mink" eyelashes and was not happy. Lashes were hard - felt more plastic than the "mink" advertised. She was so uncomfortable she removed them herself, along with a lot of her lashes. So get the upgrade. I Googled this place because I was unable to book with my usual lash stylist at Amazing lash studio. I called and I was immediately given a same day appointment with a very nice lady. When I got there she immediately started services and I must say my lashes looked fuller, thicker and amazing and she was quick and efficient. I was impressed with Petra and I'm hoping to go back. I think I have found a new lash place the only issue is, I hope I do not have problems with scheduling. When I need them filled I don't want any excuses...
