I got my nails done by a man I believe the owner or manager?! He was rude and acted like he was in a rush. I got a full set of acrylic gel. I asked for a specific color matte. He just said Go pick one out. He rushed through! His phone alarm went off at 5:30 and he left and handed me off to another girl so he could go home! I've never had that happen! My nails are thick and look like an inexperienced beginner did them! They aren't matte and honestly I want them redone!! A complete waste of time and $100 dollars! I was also going to do an eyebrow tint there but after seeing my nails there was no way I was letting him touch my face! I don't recommend this place at all! If he is the owner he sets a bad example for his employees and I see why the place was empty on a Friday afternoon! read more

I never write reviews but I feel the need to warn others. This was literally the worst pedicure of my life. We were rushed to pick a color. Then they rushed through the pedicure. My nails are crooked. Nails needed another coat of polish. The polish doesn't come down all the way to the base or the sides ..showing gaps. We paid to get an upgrade thinking it would make it a more luxurious experience. What a waste of money. There were no other people in the place except for us. Should have known better. read more

Formally known as Encore Nails. This is my go to for hands and toes. I love Carol or Lan for an excellent pedicure with a great foot massage. Both women are very kind and do an excellent job. For my nails I go to Peter. He does a really clean, good job and leaves my nails looking natural. The staff here is all very friendly and it's easy to make an appt. Nail polish all bumpy when I asked for a manager to ask them to give me a more experienced manicurist they all spoke to each other in Chinese and everyone pretended not to understand English. i've been here before during the summer of 2023 but the visit i had yesterday confirmed that i wouldn't come again. i had high hopes about this appointment, as i came in with an acrylic fill of a french tip set i had gotten a few weeks prior from a different nail place and the first thing my nail tech did was roast my previous job, commenting that it looked sloppy and the shape was weird. i agreed and then my tech started to begin with my nails. based on her critique, i was excited for my nails to finally look good then, she cleaned up my cuticles well and then began the application of the acrylic and stuff. everything was fine until she asked me to review the shape again and again after i had just stated i wanted coffin. after all of the redirection i had been giving it started to annoy me as there were barely any changes made. i gave up i also wanted a black french tip this time, which the lady was happy to do for me. however, when starting to apply the black, it was cleaned up and literally just looked like a horizontal line. after i had just told her i wanted a curve in it, my lady flat out told me that she couldn't do it... which shocked me... this is what got me the most, as i just told her that i'd do without the french tips since she just told me it wasn't possible for her to do them. afterwards, my nail tech seemed to be having a conversation with a coworker in vietnamese clearly regarding my decision to give up on the french tips. it's just a bit rude and makes the already subpar experience even less pleasant for the customer to know that the person servicing you is likely criticizing you in front of your face. i think my experience has something to do with the new management of this nail salon, which reflects on the positive reviews this salon has received in the past contrasted with the more recent ones. in the end, it's just acrylic nails, but it definitely makes me sad that i have to have these on for the next few weeks where every individual nail has its own wonky, asymmetrical shape and the color is a fleshy pink. :( read more

Regular here and just got terrible service from Cindy . Very disappointed as I took time of work for appointment for mani pedi she rushed Tru it amd then told me one of her regulars had shown up and didn't have time to do my maniI no apologies and certainly no grace when I told her it was inconvenient could the other client come back as I made appointment ? She then laughed and ignored me . I've sent many people to this establishment and have been coming here for over 2 yrs . It's a really bad reflection on an establishment when an employee acts like this and nobody introvened . I will not be returning or reccomendong this place . Shame on you Cindy ' . First time here and had a wonderful experience with my tech, Paula. She assisted me with a basic pedi, mani, and waxing. Extremely hospitable, friendly, and informative. She would check in on my satisfaction with the service performed which was appreciative. For example, had me look at eyebrows after the wax and asking if I would like them trimmed prior. I choose the cranberry pedicure which is a 15 minute massage included w the basic pedi. He went above & beyond his skills. Soft yet firm & detailed into every inch of my feet & legs. This place has extremely friendly staff despite the language barrier.. they always are so kind & offer water or beverage when sitting down.. the massage chairs are comfy cozy & relaxing. 10/10 recommend this place. Not great. Especially for the price. It was $70 before tip for a regular pedicure and gel manicure, and honestly my manicure is a little sloppy. On the other side of dixie is a place called nails by Cindy and they do a way better job for like $20 less! And they give a better/longer foot massage. Would not recommend this place. Two stars because at the end of the day it's not the worst mani/pedi I've ever received. read more

Went in for a gel pedicure today with my sister and the service is amazing! They have many colors to choose from, it is the cleanest salon I have been to as well. Everyone working there was friendly and the environment is very relaxed, not loud but doesn't make you feel like you need to whisper. I am also in love with my pedicure! read more

What I thought was going to be my "go - to" place became my don't spend your money there place. I got my nails done (dip with extension). Upon the end they looked great. My daughter got gel polish on her fingers . The total was $128 and then ON TOP OF THAT. I tipped ($40) for the nail techs. Total almost $170 FOR NAILS. We left and then not even a day later the white dipped nails where YELLOW. Assume it had to do with something maybe old and it ended up discoloring. So I called up the place told her what happened and the lady told me to come in at 530p. I said ok and I showed up right on time. The gentleman told me it would be another 20-30 minutes. are you serious? Why even bother give a time if you can't keep your appointments straight. He then proceeded to turn his back on me while I spoke. For that amount of money or ANY money for that matter it really should be a priority. It was a 10min procedure. Nothing short of biting hands that feed you. Absolutely disgusting business practice. Mind you he was happy and kind when we showed up and GLADLY took my money. read more

This place used to be my regular mani-pedi spot b4 they changed ownership or manager or something but now its so dirty and the quality was horrible. I used to see Wil every 3 weeks and never once was I unhappy....... now its just bad . . . . I was so embarrassed when i took a friend there from out of town last month. We both got SNS and pedicures. Both of us hated the results and the techs were not nice at all. The pedicure tech I had was so timid he almost didn't do much at all besides a polish change. My feet look exactly the same and the nails are sharp on the edges. My friend said her tech was so rough she made him stop midway through. My polish lifted in 24 hours! My friends cracked! The tech made two of my nails bleed while cutting the cuticles and I didn't get a hand massage that is supposed to be included in the price. I didn't even get lotion! And the place is sooooo dirty!!
