I spent $170 for lash extensions and had a picture with me showing what I wanted it to look like. I advised the tech when she was done that it looked nothing like the picture and she removed 20 lashes. When I got home and looked at them they still looked bad and I was told to come back to have her sister work on them and if need be we would remove all of them and do a classic set. Upon returning the sister told me she only had 30 minutes to correct the lashes. My lashes are nowhere near what I asked for and I look like I put on dollar tree strip lashes. She told me I can return again but that she will probably not be able to get it like the picture and would have to charge me more if she had to spend more than another hour on me. If she knew she couldn't get it like the picture she shouldn't have done it in the first place. I asked for a refund as I feel that I need to go back to the Lashbar that I used to go to and she said no because they spent time on me. I also wasted 3 hours of my time that I don't have. Attached is the picture of what I asked for and the other pictures are after the attempt to correct it. The business location is in downtown Escondido, accessible parking in the back, her salon is very spacious with multiple suites and super cute pink decor. Her bed is super comfy. Lash fills are done in a timely manner and I always leave happy. If you are getting lash extensions for the first time, I recommend showing a picture of what you'd like. "Long and full" for you might not be another persons idea of "long and full". Communication is very important and Pat is great with communication and making sure the customer is happy. It was my first time at Lash Dolls and had spoke to Pat about lashes she's very kind and helpful. I needed a fill ASAP and my lash tech was booked.The one star is not about Pats service. Denise did my lash and it did not start well. When she removed a few lashes it hurt all three times. She said it's the banana peel way. I've had lashes on for five years and removal never hurt. She had a runny nose and there was constant sniffing of the loose fluids (gross). In addition she had no mask and not because of COVID but I was breathing in and felt her breath when she would breath out. I was truly disappointed as I wanted volume but got hybrid. I held the fan for my lashes and there was no forehead barrier and her hand was resting on my forehead(sweaty at times). I truly felt I was practice for her but not sure. I've had lashes for years and never had this experience, maybe my lash tech, is a different kind but this was not ok. read more

ok, held off on this review for a while, but trying to be helpful to the ladies around here! my experience was terrible, they schedule me and someone else at that same time, then Pat the manager was blaming me... she's oddly aggressive. bad first impression. i got a lash lift and asked for the most curly option and had to go back, the tech said "oops, i did the lightest one" and three months later my eyelashes are STILL trying to recover. i didn't even get after care instructions, had to google em. good luck with this place honestly also the girl in the room alongside me was like how much do i owe you? and the tech was like idk, $50 wait $145... then they didn't have change for her. careful with this place. edit one: she said i got my money back but i didn't. nor did i ask for my money back. the second time they did the service it wasss free, that's true! i was happy with my lashes till they burnt off, yes true. pat back at it again blaming me for their scheduling issues, that's on par, i'll say it AGAIN, they scheduled two people at the same time i can also attach proof it wasn't my fault. pat always blames the client as you can see, takes no accountability. *hopefully the last edit*, the manager edited her response lying about me getting my money back and blaming me for their scheduling issues; Holy molly. should of been her first response! read more

I really don't like leaving bad reviews but it was just a unpleasant after the fact experience I had here. I went in to get a full set done same day I called so I was pleased with that. Denise was doing my lashes and they looked nice right after, but then on day 2 I noticed alot of fall out but I chopped it up to being normal fallout. Then on day 3 I'm at work and my co workers ask where I got my lashes done and I told them and they literally told me my eyelashes look 3 weeks old! Because there were so many gaps. Obviously that was upsetting to have other people notice such significant fallout after 3 days of having them on. I called the following day to let the place know and they had me talk to Denise she asked for pictures so I sent them and she could obviously see what I was talking about. She offered to have me go in to have her touch up and at that point was giving me care instructions on my lashes when maybe I should have received them right after my lash application. Either way I planned on going to another lash place that was highly recommended in Vista to get my lashes fixed so I had declined going in to have Denise "fix" my lashes and just asked for SOME of my money back so I could go somewhere else. She refused to give any of my money back because she says they have a sign in the door that states they don't give refunds. So I didn't get my money back and I had pretty horrible looking lashes after 2 days of getting them. Do your research and I advise not going here if you want lashes that will last you longer than 2 days after paying $185 not including tip! read more
