Amazing experience from start to finish! I had a few questions before booking my appointment, and they were very responsive on Instagram, which I really appreciated. The receptionist was kind and even checked in with me a few days later to make sure everything was going well with my lashes. She also reminded me when it was time to clean them and explained how to properly care for them. Brianna was so sweet and did my lashes exactly how we discussed. I felt welcomed and comfortable as soon as I walked in. I usually lose my lashes pretty quickly, but this time I didn't start shedding until about a week later, which really impressed me. Now it's time for a fill, and I'm still so happy with how they've held up. They look so natural that people who know me didn't even realize I had them done! I rarely leave reviews, but this experience absolutely warrants one. I booked an appointment with this business as a new client and made sure to follow all of their procedures. I received multiple text messages reminding me to confirm my appointment, which I did. I also confirmed through the official link they sent. In addition, a few days before my appointment, I personally spoke with a member of their team to not only reconfirm my appointment time, but also to go over details of the service so I would be fully prepared. On top of all of that, I placed a deposit to secure my time slot. At that point, there should have been absolutely no confusion regarding my appointment. However, on the morning of my appointment, I received a text with a completely different time than what I originally booked and confirmed multiple times. There was no prior notice, no explanation, and no request for approval -- just a unilateral change. About an hour later, I received a call from the business asking why I was "late." That was honestly shocking, considering they were the ones who changed the time without my consent. I calmly explained that my appointment had been altered on their end without my knowledge. Instead of taking accountability, I was then told they wouldn't be able to accommodate me at the time I originally booked and paid for -- unless they could rearrange other clients' appointments. Let that sink in: my confirmed appointment was now dependent on whether other customers were willing to move. They said they would call me back after checking. When they did, they informed me that they still couldn't honor my original appointment time because the other clients didn't want to switch. So essentially, despite: * Confirming my appointment multiple times * Speaking directly with staff days prior to verify details * Receiving repeated confirmation messages * Paying a deposit * Being a new client trying to establish business ...I was the one left without service due to an error on their end. This is not just poor customer service -- it's a complete lack of organization, accountability, and respect for clients' time. Changing an appointment without consent and then refusing to honor the original booking is unacceptable in any service-based business. What's most disappointing is that there was no real effort to resolve the issue or make things right. No priority given to a confirmed, paid appointment. No meaningful apology. Just a "we can't accommodate you." First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this experience made it clear that this business does not value its clients or operate with professionalism. I would strongly caution anyone booking here to double-check everything -- and even then, be prepared for last-minute changes that may not work in your favor. read more

Love! Love! Love! While I am not new to Lash Effect, I am new to this location in Eastvale. My local Rancho location closed, and they moved my stylist Monica to this location. She's the best, so of course I had to follow her. Monica is amazing! She always makes my lashes look so good. Plus, she is super friendly and knowledge about her craft. I absolutely love Lash Effect Eastvale! All of the ladies that work there are so friendly and extremely helpful, especially with scheduling appointments. They have the best techs. They all listen to your needs to deliver the look you want. I have extremely sensitive eyes, especially to light, to the point where I was considering not being able to get my lashes done. BUT my lash tech Karina always makes sure I'm comfortable, she's doesn't shine the lamp directly on my face. Karina is hands down the most gentle lash tech. I swear she has hands of an angel. I was reluctant to come here because of how dirty amazing lash studio did me but I was in need of a last minute full set. I did the whole full set promo for $69 and I say I got what I paid for. I asked how much an upgrade to hybrid would be and they boldly said $169....like no ma'am, I'm good. My lash tech was not the most welcoming but she did a good job. After I left the appointment I felt like she could have put in a lot more lashes, even for it being a classic, but I feel like they want you to come back soon for a fill. In my opinion there are so many other people with more reasonable pricing that do a better job. They've already called me about three times to rebook for a fill, but I'm good. They have been cold calling/cold texting for over a year despite me asking them to stop and replying STOP via text message. March 27th I called to let them know that cold texting despite being told to stop is against the law and has been a lawsuit before as I've sent many "STOP" before. Again despite complaining to the receptionist on March 27th another cold text was sent today April 24th. I will never consider this place just based off their lack of boundaries, professionalism, and adherence to laws. Customer Service is great. However my lashes kept falling off 2 days after getting them done . It was way more than the normal amount the lady had told me. They only lasted about 4 days. I called and asked if they can fix them and they did but they still charged me $68 even though it was their fault. They are super nice but they don't know how to lash properly.
