I've been going to Eastvale Nails Spa for a while now, and after seeing some of the recent comments, I felt like I had to share my experience. The photos posted by Eastvale Nails Spa are absolutely real. The set I received looked exactly like my inspiration picture, and honestly, even better. Ann is incredibly talented and can recreate almost any design you show her. Whether it's intricate nail art, 3D flowers, lace details, chrome, character designs, or trendy Pinterest nails, she pays attention to every detail. I constantly receive compliments on my nails and people always ask where I get them done. What keeps me coming back isn't just the nail art, it's the consistency. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I brought in an inspiration photo of the exact milky pearl/glazed nails I wanted, and the finished result looked nothing like the picture. The color was much more sheer than expected, the pearl effect was barely noticeable, and the shaping was uneven from nail to nail. The overall application looked bumpy, lumpy, rushed and didn't have the clean, polished finish I expected. Oh and she cut me. When I explained that I wasn't happy with the results, the only solution offered was to file the nails down. Unfortunately, the issue wasn't something that could be fixed with filing. The entire set missed the mark, from the shape to the color and overall finish. I am now going to have to pay another salon for a completely new set and a new color because these are not what I asked for. After spending my time and money here, that's incredibly frustrating. I understand that inspiration photos aren't always an exact match, but I do expect a result that is reasonably close and professionally done. I have been going to Ann for years, and she never disappoints! I love her work so much that I even followed her when she transferred to a new location. I received a quote prior to arriving and left confused at the amount I paid. I'm pretty tolerant of mistakes so I assumed I missed something but when I called for a break down of what I was charged, I was told a I was charged for a manicure, and an additional $7 was charged for shaping and filing. Very friendly staff but pedicure wasn't what I expected. I got the most basic one but the lady who did my pedicure left my nail polish very clumpy and uneven. There are various little black specs on my nails too. Just disappointed:/ UPDATE: the owner gladly and quickly gave me a call back to arrange another pedicure and I went back the next day to get it fixed with Anne. Just a response to the unprofessional manager who decided to respond to my yelp with LIES. As you can go back and maybe reread my review never did I say I got a basic gel manicure. I said that about my pedicure, which I did not have an issue with I specifically said I got a gel builder manicure with my real nails, which I called and acted like I was a first time client to get pricing and after all was said and done I was quoted $75. I then called you out for charging me 107 and for my receipt saying that I got a full set acrylic nails, which I did not you then backtracked and told me that you guys charge for filing nails and that my cuticles were bad so you charged me extra which last time I checked a manicure includes shaping nails like what is a manicure include if it's not nail shaping and cuticle clean up. Another thing I wanna point out is that I specifically asked you if you guys charge to take off the polish that I have and you said no as long as you receive a service from us so then when I called you out on that you then told me that you charged me because I didn't get the exact same polish on my nails after which made absolutely no sense. Of course I am going to post the photo of my nails when you guys finished because that is what you guys thought was gonna be OK for me to leave with that was your work and if you were embarrassed for me to post those photos then maybe you should train your technicians. read more

Anh always has my nails on point! I been going to her for more than 5 years now and never had any issues. She's super friendly, always down to chat, and just gives good vibes all around. The salon is always clean and the music is always the latest hits! She has this wonderful check-in system that saves points and after a certain amount you get a discounts. My girls and I come here often for gel manicures and pedicures. The place is about to expand and be remodeled. It is very clean and decorative. Check in at the kiosk is easy. They offer points for each visit to go towards discounts later. They even track the staff that did your nails so if you prefer them the next visit you will know who to ask for. I came in for a regular pedicure and was told to sit and wait. I waited 45 minutes. Because I had another appointment at 1 PM, I had to leave before my pedicure was finished. I returned later the same day to complete the service, only to be rushed out of the chair, which made no sense after I had already waited so long earlier. What's most concerning is the lack of sanitation. I observed staff using the same tools on multiple clients. The tools were briefly rinsed in my foot water and wiped, but not properly sanitized or disinfected. This is extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. Between the poor hygiene practices and the rude, rushed service, I will not be returning. read more

This is my sixth time coming to Eastvale Nails Spa and each visit always tops the last! I've gotten three gel pedicures, and three gel-x sets. Pedicures: I pay ~$65 for the orange, gel pedicure. Each time, the nail tech does such a good job! The gel doesn't lift and lasts forever until I go to remove it. They listen to my requests each time and go above and beyond. Manicures: I have always gone to Ann for my gel-x manicures! My gel-x sets range from $100-$110. The first time I went to Ann for my manicure, I gave her such a complicated inspo pic, but she absolutely killed it and honestly, she did an even better job than the picture I showed her. The second time I went to Ann, I was there for my engagement nails! Again, they looked EXACTLY like the inspiration pic I had showed her. I went again today, after messaging them via DM on Instagram at 1:30 pm. They were able to accommodate me with an appointment at 5:15 pm for a gel-x soak off and new set. Ann is always so kind, I changed my mind on designs about three times before she actually started and she was so sweet each time. I can't stop staring at my nails! The salon is always clean with music playing in the background. They also have a TV that plays the news if you need to catch up for the day. The pedicure chair also has a massage feature built in so it is nice and relaxing after a long day. read more

this is my first time leaving a review but whoever doesn't look at reviews should definitely look at them before. they over charge you a lot, almost 70$ for basic SHORT white acrylic which could have been cheaper at another salon or less. i expect coming here to feel relaxed instead the entire time everything felt rushed. not only was everything rushed the lady doing my nails kept slapping my hand and twisting my fingers like if i didn't have bones in them and my nail beds were burning and super thin. i had called my mother in to look at my nails and the nail ladies were making fun and mimicking me calling her in. they only treat you right if they think they're actually getting money out of you, other people there got better service than me and friendlier smiles. save your money or go somewhere else. don't fall for the good reviews they're probably a tactic to get a discount. read more

I was traveling for work last month and thought a pedicure would be nice. I walked in and everyone was nice. The bowl was filling up for my pedicure while the staff went to get something. I looked down and there was a cockroach in the bowl. I literally screamed and got my feet out of the water immediately. The lady ran over and I pointed to the cockroach. I've been coming to Ann for about 6 months now and let me tell you, she absolutely kills it every time! She's so sweet and easy to chat with as well. The front desk staff is always very kind. I do suggest making an appointment for a quicker service, as the salon is usually pretty busy. All in all, I'm always very happy when I walk out. The nail tech said yes but kept asking around showing the photo (seemed like she didn't know) I didn't say anything.. wish I left then and there. As she continues to do my nails she one nail extremely lighter color than I shown in the photo so I have her redo it and she seemed upset that she had to redo the design. As she continues, she RUSHED and was so fast during the process that I felt like my nail design was ruined now. First few photos are how it turned out, it's not bad... but not what I asked for and she told me $65... why did I walk out paying $95!!!!! Nobody told me that design was extra when I showed her the photo and asked how much. I was lied to by this salon and couldn't argue the payment since the manager told me $95. I was truly shocked because I would've done a plain color or French. My nails are bumpy and after few days the color already running out. She didn't even put a coat at the end, I didn't ask for a matte look.. Never coming back. read more

Came in about a week ago trying to get my nails done and the gel-x nail popped right off. Usually my nails last a minimum of over 2 weeks. When I first got them done, the guy that did my nails left gaps between my real nail and gel-x nail which was not overlapping correctly and I knew they wouldn't last but I didn't want to complain because it was my first time there and I didn't want to make the guy feel bad. I came in today to get my nail fixed and shorten them all because some were really crooked from the first time and I didn't want to tell him that but he kept saying it's $60 to change the nail shape and color which I didn't mind paying, but he kept insisting to save money by just fixing that one nail only for $20. (I think it was just the laziness to shave all the gel off on all the nails and completely redo them) The same guy told me he was going to make me the favor of making them shorter for me which I was happy. But once he had fixed my one nail that was broken he left my other nails shaved so bad that u can see the sides all white and scratched. The lady next to him started defending him and talking bad in their language and telling me stuff and I never argue with anybody about my nails but this is the first time that I had experienced bad customer service at a nail salon. I even told them the last time I came that guy left gaps between multiple nails and they insisted that's how it supposed to be. I told them I will never come back again and some other lady had came over to fix my terrible nails, which she did do a better job. The whole time I can hear all the workers talking about me in their language which gives you such a bad vibe about that place. I wish I can give this place 0 stars but that's not an option. The outcome was better than how it was and even then all my nails are badly shaped, I just accepted what they "fixed" to get out of there. read more

Update: there is no coordinated effort to lower your ratings. The way you conduct business does that all on its own. And I did call but my concerns were not addressed. After having my nails redone twice and spending 6 hours there, the only satisfactory resolution was to come in and show them what my nails look like, also with the lifting around the edges, in order to get a refund and finally go someplace else that will do it right and I was told no refunds allowed under any circumstances. I'm taking it up with my credit card company now and better business bureau. And look at the way you treat other people who dare to post reviews showing the awful service they have gotten. I wouldn't be surprised if your positive reviews are fake. That's what people like you do they blame other people for what they themselves are guilty of doing. Now it makes sense why you have a good rating on here. You do underhanded tactics to try to get rid of the bad reviews. Shame to you, your integrity, and your business. Absolutely awful. Full set, soak off, redone. Each of these three things were done terribly. Pedicure was decent, but the lady was just distracted and kept on trying to buff away the regular skin on the top of my foot not realizing what she was doing and the water was lukewarm. None of it was relaxing. It was so stressful. I am in tears and so pissed that I spent all that money on this severe lack of quality. The attention to detail here sucks. If you are particular about your nails and want them to look not effed up, don't go here. I'm talking pointing up into the air, bumps in the texture, wavy, glue all over my hand still, heck again even the soak off was terrible I had gel all over may nails still. Like a ton. Smh. Never going back. Very poor quality of work. and that was the redo! I was told that my redo would be done with one of three people who are actually good, and I was told that the lady who did my nails at first was not good which why did you put me with her then if she wasn't good . I came back to get my nails redone and I was not with any of those three people - it was with Brian- and my nails ended up still jacked up. He was talking about how his house was recently destroyed due to flooding. You, the manager, put me with him after you gave me the names of three other people that I should be with that are actually good. (Lily, Tina, or Annie) It's more time effective for me to just cut my losses and leave with crooked nails. The girl next to me was having to have hers redone over and over again and was on the phone with her mom upset, also. I came here bc of the good reviews. Idk why it was so awful for me and others. Update: four days later, and they have already started lifting! Horrible!!!!!!! Edit: after seeing how passive aggressive, defensive, and horrible the owner is to other people who have bad reviews, I feel much better about making the decision to never ever return here. read more
