We've typically had a good business relationship, but the owner and I had a disagreement for the first time yesterday during a scheduled session which unnecessarily escalated. My goal was to find a reasonable solution by offering to pay a cancellation fee for my appointment and reiterated a few times that I did not want to negatively impact her or her other customers. I paid the cancellation fee, and I left. It was clear we jointly decided not to work with each other again. I was fine with this solution and didn't think much of it. Around midnight last night, I received a couple of lengthy, rambling, text messages from her. I didn't read all of it as I do not see the purpose, but promptly requested she not contact me again and blocked her number. Yikes....

Time is money and this treatment looked and lasted soo much longer than a competitors. I highly recommend this place for lash lift and tinting. I guess since this is a private owned business they don't have to follow the same sanitation rules as other companies. The dogs did not seem like service animals and just kind of ran around everywhere. Is this acceptable and normal? Is this allowed by the Georgia state board of cosmetology? It does not seem hygienic or sanitary. The dogs followed me into the room and one of them just jumped up on to the chair with me. The technician working on me did not even ask if I was okay with the dogs being in the room with me. Throughout the session, I would hear her speaking to the dogs. Because my eyes were closed I have no idea if she was touching/petting them and then touching my eyes after. Even though the dogs are cute, I was really grossed out by the whole thing.

They were both good, of course the massage was my favorite. The facial was not bad but it was not necessarily something I would come back for. The atmosphere is nice and quiet. The staff is friendly. It does not have your typical spa style vibe, which is OK since they don't advertise themselves as a spa. I would recommend you bring cash so that you can pay the regular price, as if you pay with card there is an additional fee. Also if you want to leave a tip make sure to tell them prior to paying if you're using card or they will have to do a separate transaction for the tip. Case in point, bring cash to pay for your services to Limit confusion and fees. I'm not sure if I will try other services, but I will definitely be back from massages regularly. Consoni does an awesome job and the prices are very affordable. I've paid MUCH more for massages that aren't near as good as hers. A spa vibe is my preference for a relaxing day. I like a place to sit and just relax a bit after a massage with a cup of tea prior to getting back to the hustle. I'm not sure how much business they get it, but if they wanted to up their game, adding a small lunch with a few packages and a small room to just sit and relax and drink a cup of tea would definitely make it a place that people would want to spend a half or full day of relaxation.
