Microbladders usually start the fronts of your eyebrows slightly further apart to permit natural front growth. This means that there are hairs infront and the ink starts a little bit further in the actual brow. Today, the fronts of my eyebrows completely threaded off because the threader wasn't aware that she should follow my natural shape - not take out hairs until where my actual microblading starts. I made it a point to tell the salon on numerous occasions not to remove the fronts too far back. Unfortunately, today who ever did my eyebrow took off a huge chunk and now I am missing the front of my eyebrow. She also took away a lot of hairs within my brows so it looks like I have patches missing.

I usually go to Sophie and she is excellent and very knowledgeable about skin and suggestions on dry skin etc. Last time she had a emergency and had to cancel and I appreciated it so much she messaged me and told me sorry etc. I was like, no apology needed, life happens sometimes. But I would definitely pick her to do my waxing she is great. It was great to know that Sophie values her repeat customers. Also, I have tried Olga since I was already there last time, and Olga was very nice as well. The ambience and vibe is very relaxing abc nicely set up. You wait in the lounge area and then they take you to a private room and you get waxed. Wear comfy clothes that are easy to take off for getting waxing done. Located in a busy little shop area in heart of Buford. It's a place I recommend to all my friends who live near by.

My sister also experienced the same issue and was quoted one price but charged a different, higher amount. Additionally, there was an issue with the tip on my sister's transaction. She left a 20% tip, but the amount was later manually adjusted to a significantly higher total (26$ was wanting to be left, $66 for a TIP was charged) without clear explanation or consent. Overall, there was a lack of transparency regarding pricing, and no posted price list was available. Because of the discrepancies and concerns about the charges, police were ultimately called to the scene. I would recommend that others be cautious and confirm all pricing clearly in writing before receiving services here.

Her suite is cozy and clean. I had a great time chatting with her. She just started her own business last August 2024 (used to be at the Wax Thread & Scissors), but has been threading since she was young. I got by eyebrows threaded for $10 which is very competitive in the area. AJ also offers stamp cards! I believe it's every 10th eyebrow service is free. 5 minutes ago New I…read morecame to have eyelash extensions removed and the tech was very aggressive on my eyes and eyelashes. I told her several times that whatever solution she was using was burning and that it was hurting. She continued to remove the lashes with tweezers and an unknown solution. I am back now, the following morning to ask what solution was used so that I never come here again or have this mistake made elsewhere and the lady at the front almost refused to show me what was used. She kept going back and forth with me, asking why I needed to see what was used. I told her so that I can go to the eye doctor because my eyes are still irritated and hurting today. She goes into a room, and comes out with a cream remover and would not show me the box it came in and said it's "their" brand. I believe she showed me something completely different than what was used to remove my lash extensions, but I will never return. I would be weary of coming here as they did not use safe sanitation practices and are shady. $36 for lash removal and most likely now have an eye infection and possible chemical injury. I have never had pain or burning like I did yesterday with lash removal. These women do not care about client care or comfort. Would not recommend coming here for lash application or removal. Rude, unprofessional and unsafe!
