When I communicated my lash preferences, I was met with attitude, which ultimately led me to try a different artist. That's when I found Yennie she was professional, attentive, and consistently delivered beautiful results. Unfortunately, she has since relocated, so I decided to give Bella another chance, hoping things had improved. They hadn't. The service felt rushed and rough, especially during the taping and application process. My eyes burned during the appointment and continued to burn for hours afterward. On top of that, there was minimal attention to client care, as she spent much of the time engaged in conversation with a coworker. After over four years as a client, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. Consistency, professionalism, and client comfort matter and this experience no longer reflects that.
