Found this cute little gem on Groupon for the classic but I decided to upgrade to the Y mink with the 3 lashes. I had an appointment with Miya on Dec 12. Making an appointment was easy, I did it via texting from the # on yelp. Dec 31, 2025 came back for a fill. Miya was super efficient and fast. I did the 2 lash this time and honestly I'm very impressed. There's enough parking at the lot, it's clean inside and there's a $2 charge for CC. They don't clean your lashes like other places do prior to starting and I'm not sure if they use primer or bond either. I can't tell but I don't think they do read more

I purchased a Groupon. A few spots for parking which was free in a shared lot. I made an appointment. She asked me if I could come early which I said sure, but when I arrived, I had to wait a short while. Thank goodness there was a place to sit. Not a fancy place, but appeared to be clean. When it was my turn, she suggested that I should pay more because the Groupon that I purchased was for the cheaper false lashes which would last maybe two weeks if I was careful. I wasn't too happy to hear that, but I appreciated her telling me. I didn't want to do it because I didn't want to pay more so I asked Groupon for a refund. read more

I had my lashes last week recommended by my friend.. i used groupon for discount. the place was good and the technician is friendly too.. but The lashes quality is not good, the strand is too think for a classic natural look i always used classic one with other studio but this is way too thick. It's pretty obvious that im wearing a false eyelashes. Im wondering if you guys accept REDO if costumers dont like it. --------- So, the next day Miya reached out with me and offered to fix my lashes, so i came and she explain some things, they didn't charge me anything and so happy with that but of course i tip her for her effort and for being nice. I bought the eyelash extension deal in Groupon read the fine print before purchasing. It states may be repurchased every 365 days. When I got there they told me Groupon is for first time customer only and I told them in the fine print it said maybe repurchased every 365 days.! Eyelash lady said last time you were here was in march of 2023 and I said that's more than a year. We'll long story short. They denied the Groupon. So for those who use Groupon watch out!! Even with the fine print they won't take Groupon. Waste of time and I left early from work to do this! Ugh! read more

I decided to try this place and purchased their eyelash extension deal in Groupon which was "One Full Set of Classic Individual Mink Lashes". My appointment was at 6PM on a Friday. I got there 10 minutes early. The place was not busy at all. They have 2 technicians for that day (Bella and Mia) and neither of them aren't doing anybody at that time. My eyelash technician's name was Mia. She handed me a clipboard with paperworks for me to sign. She then called me and started on my lashes (I Checked on the time and it was 5:59pm). When we finish I checked on the time and it was 6:30PM. Apparently this girl MIA only did my eyelashes for ONLY 30MINUTES. Every time I went to get a full set of lashes elsewhere it's mostly done anywhere from 60 minutes to 90 minutes. So It felt weirdly quick to me. The following day, my lashes were already falling off! They are uneven on each side. To be honest, I felt MIA was a bit sloppy on doing my eyelashes. Obviously this was a rushed job with poor quality outcome. I reached out to them and spoke to Mia. I asked how much time does she usually do their eyelash clients even the ones who purchased the groupon deal and she said "normally it is an hour or so". I told her that she only did mine for half an hour! And now my lashes have started to fall off. She offered me to fix my lashes. However, I couldn't come in because I was out of town. She said that she can only fix it for that day. Mind you again, I was out of town. It was very unfair to me because if they have done their job right in the first place I wouldn't be complaining. I then asked to speak to the manager, and to my surprise Mia said that she is the manager and the Owner. Can you believe this? An owner could be this sloppy with their business. -Dear Kelly (the so called manager) according to MIA who claimed in the beginning that she was the manager/owner. And then she was stating that the owner is her husband... which is you? You guys should get your acts together! You have the audacity to respond to my review when you should have reprimanded your technician for that mistake. - Kelly, your technician have never told me that it will be done in 30-60 minutes. I said on my review that she have told me "an hour and so" that is equivalent to 60 minutes and MORE. (So you can understand it better) Yes she offered to fix my lashes, but she said that I have to come in that same day. Again, if you are reading well, I said I was out of town. That is why I couldn't come in right away. She was only offering that 1 day to fix it. I have been getting my eyelashes done in the past, so I definitely know how to care for them. It wasn't true that you reached out to me "several" times. That is a LIE! I hung up on the call with MIA because not only I couldn't understand what she was telling me but what's even worse was she was going to make me talk to another client?!? Bet you didn't know about that manager Kelly? I hung up the call after that. Got 1 missed call from you guys that same day and nothing else. MIA called me yesterday morning after I posted my review. She told me that she had forgotten to contact me regarding my concern and she was apologetic for that. She offered again to fix my lashes. I kindly declined the offer. Heard it straight from the horse's mouth: "I forgot to contact you...". This showed no constant or "Several" attempts to reach out to me afterwards. Again manager Kelly, do not try to give false information by responding with "our technician told you 30-60 minutes" & "we reached out to you 'several' times", that is a very bad tactic. I knew what happed so does MIA. PS: I agree with the other yelper with her review, the eyelash quality strand is too thick. read more
