As a customer, you just need to communicate with them clearly what you need and if there is a problem to let them know, and they will take care of things to make it right. Lori did my wife's massage and pedicure. Niki did my massage, which was great. Steve took over and did my manicure and pedicure. I couldn't be more unhappy. I originally requested square nails, but toward the end of the service, I was told he could not achieve the look I desired and that I would have to go for a more round look. He rounded me out and all of the nails look different. During my pedicure, I came in with an acrylic toe and asked him to remove it. He said it was fine, and just painted over it. The entire process of him doing my nails and toes was completely rushed and sloppy. The front desk refunded my nail service. But I wasted 2 hours getting my nails done and left unhappy, because I had plans I needed to make it to. He told me he normally doesn't do acrylic, but fills in when needed. They should not have him providing this service. These are the worst nails I've ever had done in a professional setting. The overall ambiance is nice and the staff were all very kind and accommodating, but I will not be returning.
