So I decided to check this place out. I had the opportunity to have Kat as my massage therapist. She did say before the massage I am here to help with your pain and not hurting you. Hehe I was grateful for that statement. No pain no gain. Today my left shoulder pain is completely gone. Something Massage heights couldn't take away. I will be coming back for a monthly massage for circulation.

My mom and I booked massages and got there early so we could enjoy the amenities and get into a relaxed headspace before our scheduled massages. Unfortunately, we found it nearly impossible to decompress due to ongoing conversations throughout these spaces. From discussions about kids' sports practices in the jacuzzi to work-related chatter in the sauna, we could hear it everywhere, even back in the locker area. There are signs asking people to keep quiet in these spaces, so while some guests were using "spa voices" any constant conversation disrupted the peaceful atmosphere when we were trying to rest and decompress. It would've been nice if employees working the area could enforce quiet conduct, because clearly the signage alone wasn't cutting it. We basically gave up on unwinding before our massages, which was disappointing since that's half the reason we came early. The massage itself was relaxing and the therapists were wonderful, but the spa experience was not it. I was also disappointed that as we were paying for our services at the end, not a single employee asked how our experience was. I wouldn't be writing this otherwise had someone cared to ask how we enjoyed it. If you're just coming for a treatment and heading straight out, you'll probably love it. (Perhaps try going on a weekday so it's less busy where you can avoid the unending chatter.) But if you're hoping to actually use the amenities as the peaceful escape they're supposed to be, hopefully you have a better experience than we did.

This was genuinely the worst massage business Ive ever been to. Ive been to this place TWICE and…read morethey disappointed both times. I got a 2 person Swedish massage with hot stones for my friend's birthday. Keep in mind that not a single person speaks english and they ALL have to use phone translators. My massage was extremely uncomfortable, the masseuse had horrible technique, she was digging her nails into my skin and not massaging my body correctly. She also had a bracelet on that scratched my back and it was so painful. It also caught onto my hair TWICE and instead of carefully taking my hair out, she RIPPED IT OFF. I was so upset I moved her hand both times and she was not remorseful. Then, her and the other masseuse were gossiping very loud for the last 20 minutes and they seemed very upset about something. It was very distracting and unprofessional. They were super loud and weren't attentive to our massage. It all very felt messy. I looked at my friend halfway through the massage and we both were so uncomfortable. To top it off, we never got hot stones. Then after the massage, I went to my masseuse at the desk and I kindly told her that her nails were painful and it didn't feel the best, and she got very defensive. Then I asked her "Were you and you colleague upset at something? You guys were talking the whole time and seemed upset" and she got VERY defensive and translated on the phone saying she didn't talk and her colleague was just explaining her situation. I didn't argue with her because of the strong language barrier. She was very defensive and didn't apologize or try to fix the situation. She had a strong attitude and it was so aggressive, I couldn't even explain myself because she couldn't understand me anyways. She extremely was rude and disrespectful!! And to top it off, when I left I said "Bye!" with a smile and she ignored us and gave us a very bad attitude with a face. She looked at her phone and went "Hmpf!" Ive been getting massages for 6 years and I have NEVER in my life been treated with so much aggression and attitude. It was disgusting and I'm embarrassed because I took my friend for her birthday. I genuinely think that lady doesn't deserve to work there anymore. The first time I came a month ago, she was the same masseuse for my friend and my friend had the same complaints, saying it was so uncomfortable and she did it wrong. We didnt say anything back then but now Im speaking up because this is unacceptable.
