I have been to countless lash techs and only had one girl I liked who started slacking recently and using too thick of lashes so I started searching for another lash tech (they are all soooo different, I've had lashes go cross eyed the day after, I've had lashes all fall out within days, etc.) My old co-worker referred me here and hands down best lashes I've ever had. This is the least they have fallen out over the first week so they are durable, I love how thin and wispy they are giving my eyes a nice natural looking cat eye. I have been getting lashes done for a few years (with a few very horrible experiences). Kathy is very knowledgeable about what she's doing. She treats you like you've been her client for years from the very first session. Location: CUTEST studio office you've ever seen. You'll feel instantly comfortable because the ambiance is so warm and inviting. Service: Kathy has gone above my expectations for customer service. She's super responsive for making appointments. You'll receive attentive customer service before, during, and after your appointment. Lashes: I went for the natural look. After my initial appointment my lashes felt so light and I don't even notice them. You don't realize what a difference it truly is until her lashes are on you. Best results I have ever gotten with lashes. Application: You'll definitely fall asleep because the process is pretty uneventful (which is a good thing unlike other experiences I have had that left my eyes itchy or red, or glue running into my eyes causing them to burn). The first time (new set which included removing my old lashes) took almost 3 hours which lets her maximize he amount of lashes she puts on. Refills for me take just under 2 hours. Price: She is very honest and fair in her prices. It's worth every penny because she truly makes sure she does her best effort every time. She didn't cut me off because she reached a certain number of lashes she put on nor because the timeframe ran out. She will tell you the best lashes that will suit your eyes that's why I was so pleased and this is my first time having my lashes done. I am very particular and skeptical of anyone touching my face (don't judge me, everyone should be) and Kathy is the ONLY lash technician I will go to. Most lash sets I have seen look nice (some not so much ), but are obviously fake, I don't like that... Majority of people see my lashes and say "your lashes are so beautiful, you're so lucky!" I work 12-hour shifts and have to get up before the sun, so I wanted to look like I was wearing mascara without the hassle of a 5AM application and, more importantly, without looking like a raccoon come 5PM! This place was amazing! Kathy did a great job in giving me my lashes and she made me feel really comfortable. The room smelled really nice and it was really cozy. When after finishing with my lashes, she gave me free eyelash cleanser and a spoolie which really surprised me since the studios I went before never gave me anything. I told her that and she said to me that all places are different and she wanted to make sure her clients take good care of their lashes.
