The previous reviews for this place have got to be from friends of the owner!! Don't fall for them like I did. I had thought I had chosen a really great choice when I picked the Lash Method to be my daring attempt at recieving eyelash extensions. The salon was clean and pretty. Monica spent a qood amount of time on my lashes during my first appoitment. I left believing I had found my new lash extension go to. I was so wrong. The owner was often in a foul mood and made it known to all those she comes in contact with. I witnessed her speak horribly to a newscrew after she changed her mind about filming because she had just rolled out of bed and came to her PLACE OF BUSINESS in workout clothes. I had heard her speak poorly of previous clients. I had been a regular client for months and am a very easily pleased customer. I'd say I'm generous tipper also. I work in a establishment that prides itself and is incredibly successful due to their over the top emphasis on customer sevice, so I know how to be an easygoing customer. There was an instance where I had my lashes filled after 2 weeks and within a few days they had almost all fallen out. Instead of fixing them for free, since they were at fault, she charged me for a full fill. They use poorly made, cheap products. The lashes are heavy and thick and obviously fake. The glue is old and the poor quality makes your lashes fall out a lot quicker than with a good, high quality product. They then blame the clients for improper care. I go to a new place that uses high quality products and the results are astounding. Seriously a DRASTIC difference between Monica at the Lash Studio and my new lash artist. My lashes are full and sexy and natural and classy looking now. Tomorrow is my 2 week fill and they're almost as perfect as 2 weeks ago when they went on. Since the Lash Method was my first go at eyelash extensions, I had no idea just how much better my lash experience could and should be. I know now. Poor quality. Poor service. Poor overall experience. Don't settle for mediocre lashes when you deserve fu%$&#@ PHENOMENAL lashes! read more

I was so scared to get lashes for a second time after a few years ago all my lashes fell out after handing them. I have been so impressed with Minni. She took them off recently to give my real lashes a break and my lashes are still full thick and healthy. Not to mention the constant compliments about how natural they look. If you want to experience the ol bait and switch method go ahead and book with Ambri. My 16 year old daughter booked online for her homecoming dance with a promised 79$ price. Once the service was completed the price somehow jumped to 120$. Ambri proceeded to say that the advertised price did not pertain to her services, only the other lash artist. NO WHERE DID IT STATE THIS. Terrible business practices that are downright illegal. Needless to say I will NEVER return and encourage all of my friends, family or people who ask for lash recommendations to avoid this place like the plague. Zero stars if I could. read more

I drove 45 mins from park city to go here for my 3 week fill. Halie said she would fill them but that I had a lot of lashes that fell out so I would need to come back for more lashes after my fill. Then a few mins later she took a picture of my lashes and said she sent the picture to the lash owner and that they are not going to fill my lashes because they want me to come in another day to do a whole new fill which is 3x the price of a three wk fill. I explained that I don't want a huge dramatic look that the 2 hr lash process would give me but she basically didn't care and decided to cancel my appointment instead of filling my lashes. I'm flying out in the morning for a family trip and now I have to find a place in another state to get my lash fill. I would not recommend this place. Charge me extra and do what you can! Don't waste my time because you think I'll come back and pay you more to spend more time on my lashes than I even want to have! read more

Monica is the best lash artist I have ever been to! I have been with three other lash artists and I always felt uncomfortable while getting my lashes done, or they would get glued directly to my eyelid which causes a lot of swelling and pain. Monica always makes me feel so relaxed and comfortable while she does my lashes, and has never caused me any discomfort, redness or swelling. Now my lashes always look amazing and they have lasted longer between fills since I've started to see her. Monica is awesome! Her studio is so cute and so clean all the time. The atmosphere is very chic and calming. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in January and after losing my hair due to chemotherapy I thought it would be fun to get eyelash extensions since my eyelashes weren't falling out. She did a great job and I am in love with how they look. She also tints my eyebrows which I think is the coolest thing ever - not sure why I haven't been doing this for years!! Monica does a great job at giving me full amazing lashes and nice eyebrows that help me feel especially beautiful and girly while going through cancer. I can't thank her enough for helping me look and feel good while going through such a rough year! She is one of the sweetest girls I know and is so good at her job.
